ECHARM PLUS Hotel Hangzhou(Binjiang Star Avenue )

The services from the very first service delivery point was good. The front desk officials were very helpful and accommodating. They were able to get me good price specials on the room o extend for 1 night. The doorman was also very helpful and respectful! 👏👏👏 Once I’ve got to the room, it was very clean, no dust on the tables or window sill, nor the bathroom shelves & counters. The room came with full amenities and the ventilation of air was good during the night and day time. The breakfast could be adjusted a bit where there will be a more variety of foods available on the counter tops for the guests. They can also include an iron board and iron into the rooms for urgent use.

During the May Day holiday, I went to Hangzhou on a temporary basis. Through the standard room booked by Ctrip, the hotel is located in Binjiang. The surrounding area is quite rich in food, drink and fun. You can go to the fifth subway station of West Lake. The front desk explained that if you book a room through Ctrip, breakfast is not arranged. If you want to have breakfast at the hotel, it costs 49 yuan/person. The outer window rooms are all booked, so I live in the inner window room with ventilation windows. The only downside is that the ventilation starts at 7 o'clock in the morning, and the noise lasts for an entire hour, which seriously affects sleep. Hotel services and hygiene are good
Kending Apartment Hotel

I lived in the apartment on the Avenue of Stars during Y Qing last year, but it was not Kending. This time I booked that one again. Call the front desk before arriving at the hotel to ask if there is an iron. The waiter said no. I have to live for five days, to see the customer needs to iron the clothes I brought, my request is not too much! As a result, no matter how to say, the other party has no iron, there is no place to borrow. Retire decisively. After the inquiry, I learned that there was Kending in the same apartment. Asked if there was an iron at the front desk, the waiter said yes. Place an order decisively. After checking in to the room, I found that Kending's room was better than another one. In addition to the coffee table, there was a computer table, and there were flowers on the table! ! It is a pot of flowers! In addition, it is affordable to live here, outside is a shopping center, shopping and eating are convenient, and there is a Wumart supermarket.

The hotel is situated in a nice area and it was very close to most of the shops. I had Chinese breakfast in the morning and the food was nice, of course it’s not English breakfast but yes the food wasn’t bad at all. The service was okay and all the staff members were very friendly and they provided the best service they can

Not bad, affordable, temporary stay for one night, soundproofing, very quiet at night to sleep well. The building where the hotel is located is relatively old overall, there are four or five hotels in one building, this one is on the top floor.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is near the shopping mall and subway entrance. The surrounding area is clean and not crowded. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a very comfortable stay. The service attitude of the lady at the hotel front desk is very good. A very good experience. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Hangzhou! 🎉
