I took my kids to see the concert. After some research, I chose Atour S. The main reason is that the two subways are very convenient. You can go to the scenic spot on Line 1, and you can go to the Olympic Sports Center on Line 6. There are also buses at the door. Although the area near the hotel is not very busy, there are milk tea, simple meals, rice noodles, stinky tofu, hot pot, small bars, shopping malls, etc.! The hotel environment is simple and clean, and the decoration is very comfortable. The twin room we booked was arranged on the 11th floor. The room was very clean and the soundproofing was also good. Breakfast was basically satisfied, with lotus root powder, French fries, freshly squeezed juice, coffee, etc. The front desk enthusiastically gave the children toiletries and slippers, and also sent warm water and small gifts when they left. The whole stay experience was very comfortable!

The hotel is located in Binjiang New District with convenient transportation. Behind the hotel is a large shopping mall and close to the subway station. The hotel room is large and has a sunny view. However, the light switch instructions in the room are not clear. The hotel has central air conditioning. The temperature in Hangzhou has dropped a few days ago, so the air conditioning has turned into hot air. Customers can only open the windows or it will be suffocating. The safe and electric door plate also had problems and needed to be replaced. The above problems are not big problems, they will be encountered occasionally when staying in hotels, but what makes me most angry is that the service level of the hotel is really dragging down the entire InterContinental Hotels Group. The first is that they do not help guests make reservations, and the concierge is useless. The hotel lobby is big and tall and looks gorgeous, but what is missing is the staff? Check out today and need a taxi to go to the train station. The front desk actually told me that we don’t have this car-hailing service? Can this be considered a five-star hotel? International brand? It’s incredible!

It has been a pleasant stay in this hotel. It is clean, spacious and has a really good view across the river. The night scene is great and we get to stroll along the river just across the road. Nicole, Kylo and George have been very helpful during our stay here. They have assisted us in every way we needed cos it was our first time here and we didn’t know how to go about it. Overall it was a great stay! Will definitely come back to this hotel again if I were to visit Hangzhou again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and staff were so polite and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was the toiletries were very limited. There were not any body lotion , cotton buds and shower caps in our room.

The services from the very first service delivery point was good. The front desk officials were very helpful and accommodating. They were able to get me good price specials on the room o extend for 1 night. The doorman was also very helpful and respectful! 👏👏👏 Once I’ve got to the room, it was very clean, no dust on the tables or window sill, nor the bathroom shelves & counters. The room came with full amenities and the ventilation of air was good during the night and day time. The breakfast could be adjusted a bit where there will be a more variety of foods available on the counter tops for the guests. They can also include an iron board and iron into the rooms for urgent use.

The surrounding area is quite rich in food, drink and fun. You can go to the fifth subway station of West Lake. The front desk explained that if you book a room through Ctrip, breakfast is not arranged. If you want to have breakfast at the hotel, it costs 49 yuan/person. The outer window rooms are all booked, so I live in the inner window room with ventilation windows. The only downside is that the ventilation starts at 7 o'clock in the morning, and the noise lasts for an entire hour, which seriously affects sleep. Hotel services and hygiene are good

Before the typhoon, I saw the extremely fast moving clouds by the window. Great experience, third time staying at the Azure and the standards still remains high. Quick check in and the room was clean and spacious. The River view was amazing despite the fog. The room service cleaning lady who helped us with some amenities was so cheerful and very kind. She definitely deserve praises (UNA ZHAO).The panorama resturant still remains the best fine dining spot in HZ. Our butler (Leon) was also cheerful and made the diner experience more pleasant. The À La Carte menu has a lot of great meals to choose from. Also the breakfast selection has a lot to choose from, great value for money. Only 1 disappointment the main Jacuzzi is still not functioning, though one can still use the ones in either men’s or women’s changing room. Definitely coming back!!!

Went by car with friends. Thumbs up for the double double room, both are 1.5 meters tall and are very friendly with children. Welcome fruits and minibar were also given. Parking is free. The housekeeper Cheng Cheng took the initiative to contact us a week in advance and arranged for adjacent rooms on the same floor to make it easier for little friends to rush in. The hotel's children's playground is not big, and there are only a few people there during the Spring Festival, just enough for fun. The hotel is a 300-meter walk directly to Line 1. It is very convenient to go everywhere, especially the West Lake (due to traffic restrictions in the scenic area, self-driving vehicles cannot enter). Generally speaking, it is more convenient as a travel transit point and the price is very affordable.
