It's near by MRT. Room is clean. Friendly staff. Best location cause next to West lake and shopping mall, convenience shop.

Checked in twice on different dates, stayed fifth floor but different rooms. First room had a bigger shower room. Bottled of mineral water were provided daily. Comb, slippers, toothbrush were all provided. There was hair dryer provided as well. Hotel location is very convenient. It’s just right at the HuBinLu Walking Street with many shops, cafe and food choices. It’s also within walking distance to the famous attraction West Lake. Bus stop and mrt nearby too! Strongly recommend! Will come back and stay in the future.
The male front office officer (surname Shen) was very attentive to our needs throughout the entire stays on different occasions. Also special thanks to the female front office officer on duty on 25/12 noon who did the check-out for us (can’t remember her name but it was two character on name tag). Her service standard was superb!

Super convenient location near Longxiangqiao Metro Station Exit C, as well as near West Lake! Clean and spacious room, very warm and inviting decor, and very kind staff. Toilet is clean, water pressure and temperature were great. Room also had a hair dryer and adjustable air-conditioning. Appreciated the generosity with the drinking water :) Would definitely stay again if I go to Hangzhou again!

Excellent and central location, just turn the corner and you will be greeted by the gorgeous West Lake. Very clean, comfortable bed.

Everything was perfect
