We went to Hamburg as a long weekend trip and discovered The One Cloud Hamburg. The price is affordable and near all the museum locations and popular attractions. Staff communicated with us in English at the check-in desk. To our surprise we discovered the bar on the roof of the hotel. We watched fireworks and had a few drinks but there was confusion over the bill which took some time to remedy. Breakfast was a limited selection and was quite costly. We decided after the first day we would get breakfast in town as it was cheaper elsewhere. However we enjoyed the room, it was the perfect size!

Maybe I am old fashioned but when I book a hotelroom i want a room with a working airconditioning! Call Me old fashioned but I want to decide d the temperature of my room. I like 18 degrees or colder. This is impossible on this hotel, which for a new hotel is not good.

very well located hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. Pleasant a**osphere in the lounge. Very nice bar. Rooms small but nice. Everything was clean, staff friendly and accommodating. Good transport connections in the old town.

Super nice hotel. Prime location. The lobby is beautifully and cozy decorated, great for drinks. Only the drinks snack range could have been a bit more extensive. Rooms are small but fully equipped and most importantly: the beds are comfortable and it is very quiet, no problems with other guests. We definitely recommend this place!

The Cloud Kontorhaus has just opened and is still dealing with “teething problems”. The main entrance is still blocked by a large construction site. The subway entrance is right in front of it! The friendly attitude of the staff both at the reception and in the breakfast area is extremely pleasant. The breakfast is fresh, varied and also suitable for vegans. Fairtrade coffee is offered and is delicious. The rooms are relatively small, with an open closet, good beds and, above all, a safe!
