This was a very bad experience. Check-in at noon told the front desk that because of maintenance, there will be hot water around 4:30 in the afternoon. I just entered the room and turned on the air conditioner. There was no electricity. After I hung up the phone twice, I sent someone to check. The card was broken and I couldn't get electricity. Then the amount of water was very small. The front desk sent someone to deal with it twice, and the treatment was normal. Then, when the hot water reached 5 o'clock, it hadn't come yet, and it was 6 o'clock. When asked about the situation later, it was slow. It was hot, but I didn’t wait for it all night. I got up the next morning and there was no hot water after 8 o’clock. I informed the front desk that there was no hot water in my room to change the room. I was shocked when a room service staff flung opened my door (my 2nd day)when I was changing to go out. My door was locked from inside, the Do not disturb was on but the staff opened the door without even warning. I was in my underwear, she, claimed she did not see the sign.. I was so shocked ,the door was locked from inside. I didnt know service staff could just opened Guest rooms at her own discretion, voice my displeasure to the Manager on my way out but she did get back to me after claiming her staff opened my door even though my Do not disturb was on, sbecause Guests sometimes press that button wrongly. I am really disappointed with their approach. The room service staff wasn't really apologetic and insisted she didn't see the Do not disturb sign! She should have made very sure before opening my door with her set of keys. Imagine the worst, if it was a couple in room and she just flung opened the door!
