This hotel is really good, with warm and thoughtful customer service. We accidentally lost something during breakfast, and the hotel immediately contacted us to find it back, which was very heartwarming. The hotel has complete facilities, clean and tidy, and thoughtful service.

The service staff are very polite, patient and attentive. The bedding is comfortable, especially the pillows. It is too comfortable for me who doesn't like very soft pillows. Many small details are in place, such as the slippers are super comfortable, more comfortable than those in various five-star hotels. I will board the ship to Xuwen Port when I return from Sanya in a few days, and I plan to stay for another two nights.

The hotel is convenient for taxis, the hardware is new and clean, and the mattress is supportive and I slept well. There are not many types of breakfast, but the taste is good. I will continue to choose to stay if I am on a business trip nearby next time.
