It is above the Vienna standard. In short, it is still very good. The location is also very convenient. It is near Guoxing Avenue and next to the high-end residential area in Haikou.

Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

This boutique hotel is right in front of the QiLou Street, everything like food, coffee, bubble tea and gift shop are just nearby. Simple, clean hotel room and great view from the hotel over Qilou street. Walk around is easy and it is also near to some local residential area. Morning local market is just nearby if you would like to see the locals doing their daily marketing.

The hotel environment is very good, the room layout is reasonable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, very clean and without any odor. I heard that Hainan is very humid, but staying in this hotel, I didn't feel that humid feeling at all. The air is very ventilated. Each room has a window, and the air conditioner in the room is a central air conditioner with both hot and cold functions. There is also airport pick-up service. I arrived at night with my children, and the front desk was very considerate to upgrade the room and provide delayed check-out service the next day. I would like to express my gratitude for their warm and thoughtful service and give them a five-star rating!

Atour light is a great hotel even though its not as big as other hotels. I like to praise the staff'for their positive, helpful attitude. I am satisfied with their service, especially a young man by the name of Yan Yee who goes beyond his duty to help with translation of english. Assist in booking our cab and assist especially with the mandarin address which we were clueless. Kudos to all the front line staff and ground staff who were very helpful even when they were busy. A young cheerful lady staff (did not get her name) was also very helpful too in helping us on our final day of checkout when we have difficulty with the didi booking App. We very much appreciated their fantastic service, the past few days of our stay here. Keep up the good job. Your management should be very proud to have such a great team. Our 4-nights stay here was made pleasant. Comfortable clean and new rooms at a good price. As such, it’s a very good for value hotel. However, Breakfast was quite simple and not really delicious or good. Hotel is just opposite a big shopping mall (9 level) so you can eat there and shop there or watch movie there or get foot massage in many places near the hotel. Very well located hotel and convenient due to its close proximity to shopping mall.

Was given a free upgrade to a large room with separate living room and bedroom and two toilets. The room was so good we could stay here for weeks! Location of hotel central and not too far from attractions. Buffet breakfast was delicious! For other meals, a short 10 minute walk takes you to many options at MixC shopping centre.
