Haikou Mingguang Shengyi Hotel

This hotel is located in the city center, a classic five-star establishment. It's surrounded by many attractions and offers very convenient transportation. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, and the front desk staff are warm and proactive.

The location is super convenient! It's really close to Qilou Old Street, Century Bridge, and Cloud Cave Library. The twin room was spacious enough for us to spread out multiple suitcases without any issues. The city view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was also delightful, and it even had a huge bathtub 🛁. The breakfast had a great variety and was quite enjoyable, especially for just over 100 per person. We loved it so much we didn't want to check out!

This downtown hotel offers incredible value for money, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food! Just a few minutes' walk to the mall, and a 10-minute taxi ride gets you straight to Qilou Old Street and the night market. There are seafood restaurants and snack shops everywhere nearby; if you're craving Lingshui sour noodles or grilled oysters, you'll find them right downstairs. The hotel facilities are very new, and the room was clean with no strange odors. The soundproofing was good, so I wasn't disturbed at night, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm. Hot water for showering was plentiful, and the internet speed was fast enough for both business and leisure travelers. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, and the check-in/check-out process was simple. Luggage storage is free, which is a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with congee, noodles, and dim sum available—enough to fill you up comfortably. The room had great natural light, and housekeeping was prompt every day, keeping everything very clean. The price is affordable, and the amenities are comprehensive. If you're on a budget but want to stay in the city center, don't hesitate to book here. Overall, it exceeded my expectations!

The parking area is spacious and convenient. It's very close to Longhu Tianjie, just a few minutes' walk away. The room is well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a separate wet and dry shower area and disposable toilet seat covers. Breakfast was also decent.

The location and environment are excellent. Every time I come to Haikou, I stay here. Front desk manager Xiao Deng always helps arrange a good room. It's convenient for shopping at Tianjie nearby, and it takes less than half an hour to get to the airport. Both the 2nd and 5th-floor breakfast options at the hotel are great.

The hotel is on a high floor, offering great views that stretch far into the distance. The service was also excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The airport transfer was very convenient.

Came back to my room at midnight after a long day, only to find it hadn't been cleaned. Called the front desk, and they told me they'd clean it tomorrow morning. Seriously?

Just dial the front desk from your room or fill out the laundry slip, and a staff member will come to collect your clothes. You don't have to lift a finger, and they'll return them freshly washed and ironed to your room!
