Hotels with Airport pickup service in Hague

Super location in the middle of The Hague opposite the Binnenhof. Everything is within walking distance. Enough restaurants, shops, supermarket and public transport almost on your doorstep. Excellent bedroom with good sofa bed. Very clean bathroom with rituals products. Breakfast was delicious.

This modern hotel has a split personality. Some elements rate 5 star some 0 or minus. My wife and I stayed for three nights in their only disabled access room in June, it costs about 200 euros per night excluding breakfast. We were delayed arriving so didn't check in until around 2300. Check in staff were very good and we went up to our room. It had been made up (maybe?) but not cleaned! Excretia in the toilet bowl, bits of second hand toothpaste in the sink (which was blocked up). Complained to the night porter who came up to the room just after midnight as was genuinely embarrassed. But, the hotel was full and this was the only accessable room in the hotel! The room was given a quick clean to get us through the night. The following morning met by the very good manager who again apologised cancelled the nights charge from the bill (we paid in advanced) and said he would rectify the situation. He (Jimmy) was ashamed and seemed quite frankly shocked. We went out for the day and came back to a very clean room. On our 2nd and final full day the room was not made up at all, beds not made, no towels no toilet roll coffee etc. Again complained to the two very nice young women on reception who were very nice and very apologetic. It was our last night and were given a free (and very good breakfast). Serving manager and staff could not have been more helpful. So, great location, really great staff, great breakfast, awful, awful housekeeping (apparently sub contracted out). Should you stay in the Mercure Den Hague? You choose! Incidently, I said I was going to put a review out and Jimmy the manager said ” You must be truthful”.

Recommended by friends, I have chosen Cove, and I am very satisfied with the choice. Easy accessible, excellent location, high safety measures, modern and comfortable room. I also loved the air conditioning system, amenities available in the kitchen, en clean shower and bath. Will back!

Really rate this hotel. Stayed here under previous management and enjoyed it then. The hotel is in a fantastic location for the world forum and allows easy walks into town and to the beach. Good quality breakfast but was chaos at 8am with lots of items run out and not being replaced. Came earlier the next 2 days. Service in the bar was terrible, a server told my colleague that they couldn’t make a cocktail on the menu because they ‘didn’t have time’. They’d already taken payment for it before they mentioned this. They then offered a beer in place which was 1/3 of the price and it took 3 members of management and 30 minutes to get a refund for the cocktail they didn’t serve. They then came back and said they now did have time to make it and that he could take it to his room, on his own, to drink it. He repeated the 5th time for a refund. That aside, If you want a good hotel in a great location in Den Haag, this is the one for you.

We've just spent 4 nights here in a front sea view room with balcony overlooking the beach. Furniture on the balcony, including an ashtray which as smokers we appreciated. Room was very clean, bed including pillows very comfortable. Room fair size for two. Comfy armchair and a bench with cushions. Bathroom very clean and adequate size. Good range of toiletries provided. Minor point - I'm only 1.5m tall and found the soap and body lotion were mounted too high on the wall to be comfortable. All staff cheerful and helpful. Good breakfast selection including freshly cooked waffles and pancakes. Lifts were only a minor issue for us (although returning at midnight to be told both were out of order - our room was on the 4th floor, wasn't great) but if the hotel is full I can see it would be a major problem. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Breakfast is a traditional English breakfast. There are several types of bread, cereal, eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, chicken, cheese, cheese, yogurt, and fruit to choose from. Chinese people may not be used to it, but breakfast in Europe Basically these styles. It may be due to the epidemic. Few people come to travel now. There are basically only 2-4 guests in the hotel. I stayed here for half a month and I didn't see many people coming and going. The hotel’s location is very good. It’s quiet and quiet. About 300 meters out of the hotel is the shopping area. There are various shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, clothing stores, and cosmetics shops. It is very convenient for shopping, dining and entertainment, and the transportation is very convenient. There are buses and trams about 5 minutes walk away. The hotel just opened in June this year. The facilities are very new. I personally like the decoration style of the rooms. The hotel upgraded me to a big bed room with a super large balcony. The whole hotel is not big, about 30 rooms, and basically there is only a gym. I use it alone. In short, because there are few guests, all aspects of service are very fast, the front desk is also very welcoming, and there are questions and answers. I have a lot of help for this newcomer, and I am generally satisfied.

It's a very nice hotel, located in the center of the city. Beautiful design, the rooms are pleasant. The breakfast is good. Those who come with a car are advised not to park in the parking lot below the hotel, because it is expensive. We camped in a parking lot within walking distance (of course after dropping off our luggage at the hotel) on Geest Street 1. We had a less pleasant experience, our daughter felt sick, and they had no idea where to refer us and we were even sent to the emergency which turned out to have been closed for 3 years. So only health, and enjoy.

Stayed for 1 nt. hotel is right at the end of the esplanade. Lovely views and sunset over the sea. On checking in we asked about a standard and a superior room, as we hadn’t precooked our visit, lady on reception with abit of effort could have sold us a superior room but when I asked if we could see both rooms she said not as she was alone on reception ( in other hotels we have been given a key to look ourselves) in the past. Standard sea view room was very nice, however neither did she recommend we needed to book to eat in the restaurant, and being a Monday evening we didn’t think it would be necessary, we were wrong, only 1 chef on so couldn’t eat there. Decided to walk into town to eat, definately go the road route, hotel suggested a back way by the harbour, not a good plan, after a long dark explore the exit was blocked, so stick to the road. Checked out in the morning and had a lovely breakfast in the old town at a beautiful bakers shop, better than 25€ ea at the hotel. Would stay again if visiting the beautiful den Haag beaches.
