A group of 5 of us arrived at Guiyang Airport at 8:00 p.m. and planned to stay at the airport for one night, then pick up the car and go to Huangguoshu the next day. Laguna Hotel is located in the terminal building, so you can stay at the hotel without going out of the airport. There is a nucleic acid testing point at the entrance of the hotel, so it is very convenient for our tourists who need to be tested twice in three days. The fly in the ointment is that almost all restaurants in the airport terminal are closed at 9:00 p.m. Fortunately, every room in the hotel has welcome fruit and snacks choice 👍

Highly recommend this hotel for the staff excellent service especially the front desk lady named 同心 who goes beyond her duty to help me despite her ”off-day” and she provided good advice for my travel around the city. She also helped me to arrange for a day trip to 百里杜鹃 and even helped me to get refund for my taxi from the travel agent. The pick-up and fetch limousine service to and from the 贵阳北站 is fast and convenient and the driver is very handsome and nice. I will definitely stay here again if I come to Guiyang again.

Walk from Guiyang train station ~ 10 mins Breakfast is ok. Clean room. There are washing machine and dry machine for guests. Love this Because of location at main road , So a little bit noise at night.

I recommend a B&B with an incredible location in Guiyang. Location: 1 minute away from the fountain station. The location is excellent and it is convenient to go anywhere. It is only a few metro stops away from Guiyang and Guiyang North Railway Station. Environment: Although the room is not very big, it is very clean. The basics are all there. There is also Xiaodu Intelligence. The door lock can also be opened with a smartphone, so there is no need to get a room card [strong] Service: The service staff is very enthusiastic, and there is free iced sour plum soup.

I took my children to Guiyang for a summer vacation and booked a 2-night stay at the Renaissance Hotel. At that time, I mainly considered choosing a five-star hotel. Seeing that this hotel is relatively new, the stay experience far exceeded my expectations. The executive lounge on the top floor is great, the environment and view are very good, and the service attitude is very good. Thanks to RHEA, Ava, Mandy, Yoro, Anglina and others for their thoughtful service, which is very warm. The whole experience is perfect. It is my first choice for hotels in Guiyang!

This hotel is situated in a convenient location with a shopping mall attached and a brisk walk to a street food court that have an amazing array of local and regional delicacies. They also have a big lobby with great lounges for business talks. The rooms are clean, spacious and feels homely. The La Provence Restaurant is located at the 5th floor with a great looking garden, trees, outdoor dining tables, fish ponds with water fountain and plenty of fresh air but it needs to increase it's breakfast food's lack of choices. Anyway all the staff are helpful, accommodating, smiling and very polite. This hotel will be a great choice for all spectrum of travelers and overall I'm very glad that I stayed here during my trip

Facilities: 1️⃣The room is large enough to put a suitcase, and two people living there will not feel crowded, and they can walk freely in the room. 2️⃣There are only a few tea bags in the room, no snacks, no coffee. 3️⃣Toiletries provided: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, skin care lotion. Hair dryer is provided. The smart toilet provides a disinfectant wipe and toilet pad. Hand sanitizer is provided. Others: toothbrush, comb, care bag, disposable razor. Hygiene: 1️⃣The hotel opened in May this year, and the hygiene is good. Environment: 1️⃣There is no scenery around, it is all business district, suitable for people on business trips. 2️⃣The gym is not big and is connected to the laundry room. The public activity area is also romantically decorated, and there is an outdoor afternoon tea area on the fourth floor. Service: 1️⃣There is room for improvement: I arrived at the hotel at around 9 o'clock in the evening, and the hotel also provided two new afternoon tea products (coffee or cocktail). When I arrived at the restaurant on the fourth floor at 9:40, I asked the staff if they could still provide drinks. The staff was in a hurry to get off work and was cleaning, so I was decisively rejected. (The new product is available from 18:30 to 21:30). Considering that I will take the high-speed rail at more than 10 o'clock tomorrow morning, the drink coupon is just a promotion for me. 2️⃣ The front desk service is not particularly enthusiastic, and it feels like they are not well trained. 3️⃣ I especially like the breakfast service, which has enough varieties and also provides take-away service. In short, the service needs to be improved and the price-performance ratio is average.

The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. The room facilities are very good and clean. The service attitude of the front desk is very good and attentive. The things are relatively complete, including disposable towels and toilet mats. I look forward to staying there next time.

Give self-driving travelers a break. The hotel does not have its own parking lot. I contacted the hotel in advance via WeChat and told me a parking lot closest to the hotel. I was also told that the hotel has a cooperative relationship with the parking lot and can deduct or reduce the fare. As a result, I was given a card after checking out the next day. When I arrived at the parking lot, I found that the parking card was useless for an unmanned parking lot. After calling, I learned that the parking lot did not cooperate with the hotel, but another parking lot. The inconsistent messages caused me to park for more than 18 hours and pay a parking fee of 58 yuan. The experience was as bad as finding half a fly still in the bowl after eating.
