The hotel is in a great location and very convenient for travel. It is just opposite the Jiefang Bridge. I am very grateful to the customer service manager Nana for her warm and thoughtful service. She called us in advance before we checked in and arranged the registration for us. She also upgraded us to a deluxe suite for free. The room was clean, tidy and quiet. It was a very satisfactory stay and great value for money!

Arrived in Guilin late at night, drove past Global International and decided to stay there on the spur of the moment. The front desk lady Xiaobai upgraded our room for one night, and the view was very, very beautiful. Thank her very much❤️If you want to stay longer, you will have to change to the ordinary city view room you originally booked. I hope I can afford this luxury suite next time I come! 🥳It's really comfortable!! The room facilities are very complete and smart. The only downside is that the screen cannot be used, and the TV is on the side and it is not convenient to watch. The breakfast is also pretty good

A great place to stay! Very close to the scenic area, there is a snack street downstairs, and a landscape painting outside the window. I will bring my family here next time! The lady at the front desk also gave us snacks and drinks, which was a great experience!

After returning to the city from Yangshuo, I compared hotels on Ctrip for a day and a night and finally chose this hotel. I didn't expect that the stay experience would further add luster to myself. First, it is close to natural landscapes. The shuttle bus from Yangshuo gets off at the Children's Palace and crosses two alleys to arrive, so you don't have to worry about holding an umbrella on rainy days. When you come out of the hotel and cross the zebra crossing, you will reach the Li River. Even in the rainy season, the river water is still clear and sweet. You can walk and swim along the waterfront platform by the river for more than ten minutes to reach the Elephant Trunk Hill Scenic Area. You can see the scenery before entering the scenic area. Second, it is close to cultural landscapes. After playing at the Elephant Trunk Hill and having lunch, you can come back to the hotel to rest for a while. After leaving the hotel, walk under the pedestrian tunnel and walk for a few minutes to Xiaoyao Tower, East-West Lane, and Prince Jing's Mansion. Guilin's Feng Shui pattern and historical culture can be collected in half a day. Third, it is close to the prosperous food scene. It is connected to Zhengyang Pedestrian Street in the west and East-West Lane in the north. It combines modern and traditional, and local and exotic. For lunch and dinner, I chose must-eat restaurants on the list. It is really well-deserved. After dinner, I turned a corner and returned to the hotel. Fourth, it is close to high-end services. I was afraid that hotels in tourist cities might be perfunctory and simple, but after entering the lobby, the true nature of Global International was revealed. The hotel staff saw that I checked in early with my child alone, and immediately arranged to upgrade the room type and urged cleaning. The room facilities are complete and intelligent, and the details are very attentive, which is suitable for a quick rest and recovery during the trip. Overall, I had a very pleasant time with my children. Customer service Nana was also very enthusiastic and made us feel at home.

Super satisfied!!! The one-day tour group was seriously delayed that day, which affected the train time. We booked this hotel temporarily. It is next to Jiefang Bridge and only a 5-minute walk from Dongxi Lane. I was surprised why this hotel is so cheap! When checking in, the front desk lady upgraded the room to a river view room. The window is big enough and the bed is also big. It is very comfortable to lie on the bed and look at the scenery outside. I feel like this is a hotel I can't afford to stay in in the future 😂😂😂

Easy parking, good location, no obstruction in front of the room, mainly clean and hygienic, which is very important, the staff is enthusiastic, the service is very warm and polite, the process experience is super strong, to be honest, compared with the four-star hotels in Guilin that I often stayed in before, the overall feeling is cleaner, more comfortable and pleasant. Xiao Qin at the front desk is extremely meticulous, thoughtful and kind. The hotel is located in the city, busy but quiet. I recommend room 619, which has a wide view.

If you want to go to Jingjiang Palace and East-West Lane, you can get there in a few steps through the underpass. Because there are iron railings all along the street, there are no crosswalks. You can go jogging by the Li River in the morning. I hope to come again if I have the chance!
