I stayed with a friend for three nights and we had a great time. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was great. The hot breakfast every morning was really good and the women on duty there were so kind and pleasant. The best part of the stay was Mama Rosa’s restaurant across the street. Their food was amazing, their service was spectacular and they were very reasonably priced. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in the area.

Super 8 is the best hotel in Bedford, VA based off the standard of cleanliness, customer service and comfort. Affordable rates per a night and breakfast in between 6AM and 9PM. I would highly recommend the Super 8 anytime.

We would like to share a story about how a staff member at this Hilton Garden Inn went above and beyond. My husband left his computer in the room and we did not realize this until we got home to Ohio. He contacted the hotel and spoke with the evening General Manager. Unfortunately he did not get her name. When her evening shift ended, she took the time to go up to the room to look for his computer. She found it and called us promptly to assure us that it was there. She could have waited until the next day but she did not. She then made arrangements to ship it to us and it arrived a few days later. In addition, the hotel staff were polite, the room was spotless and even though we did not have an opportunity to get the breakfast, I could tell it was great when we went to grab the free coffee in the morning. Also want to point out that this hotel is in a great location, close to everything. We were in town for a wedding but if we are ever in this area, we will make sure we stay here again. This hotel is the best economic chain hotel I have ever stayed in. The health, service and facilities are excellent. The front desk has a beautiful woman and the smile is super sweet. Compared with other hotels that have stayed at the hotel, this is the most cost-effective and highly recommended! The hotel has a parking lot, there is a restaurant next to it, and there is a large shopping center not far from the car, you can buy things.
