Long waiting to check in, only one in the disk. Beds much to soft Ells OK

Nice hotel with great location. Unfortunately our stay ended with us having to argue with the receptionist because of what eventually turned out to be a mistake made by the booking system. The way the mistake was handled by the recptionist resulted in a very nice stay ending in a very frustrating manner.

Still the same standard as before, the first choice for business travel, forget it for vacation

Really too bad that you have to argue for having bought and paid for a room incl. breakfast, had to forward an email from Trip, where it was clearly stated that the room included breakfast.

Time was good. Room was okay. Ok for me. Parking was missing.

The hotel is overall clean and hygienic

Shower head was broken. Shower gel was empty. There was old dental floss hanging from the trash can and crumbs on the carpet. The reception only took note of this but saw no reason to change anything or to offer alternatives other than a bottle of shower gel.

Very good location. The receptionists were neither friendly nor helpful. We had a stop in the toilet, already at check-in and asked to change rooms, it didn't work. Instead they sent up a cleaning lady who tried to untangle the clog...we stayed one night there, never again. The breakfast was not great either. The room did not have air conditioning, so should have been equipped with at least a table fan. If you have the opportunity, choose another hotel.

The stay is good, clean, the breakfast is delicious, there are many choices

This hotel is has a great location close to the harbour and we were lucky enough to have a room with a view. The room was clean but fairly small but perfectly fine for a couple of day. The staff were polite and helpful. This hotel serves breakfast but because we were out and about early we used the bakery a few doors away for excellent coffee and pastries. The hotel does not have air con so the rooms were very warm at night and the ventilation is poor in the bathroom.

While we had to shell out a huge price for the room, it was absolutely worth it thanks to the mindblowing views from the room and the excellent waterfront location of the property. If only they had higher quality service, the rating could have gone to 5 stars. Ok hotel but without any really nice feeling. But really good location and breakfast was fine. But was really chocked by the treatment at the reception when checking out. A very rude employee, Salomon, who didn’t even want to welcome or look you in your eyes, asked rudely for the prove of payment of our rooms. When telling him that is wasn’t an okay way to speak to a guest he asked me to be quiet. He was really unpleasant and told us we could never stay again in this hotel. I can not recommend anyone to stay here if this is how they want to treat their guests.

Definitely 1, when we was checking out they give me a receipt for 120 euro , i was paid 160 euro when I checked in day before. When I say that to reception nobody give me the answer…I don’t have time to wait answer from reception because i must go to the hospital. But i must to write to people to now what kind of hotel is Ramada in Flensburg
