The room is large, there are many kinds of hot spring pools, and there are some leisure facilities. Unfortunately, we arrived at the hotel too late and some services have been closed.
The breakfast variety is very rich, and you can see the beautiful view of Ena Gorge outside the window. It is very comfortable to eat breakfast. I originally wanted to finish breakfast before taking a bath, but I didn't expect that after 9 o'clock, it is the hot spring cleaning time. What a pity.

The staff service is very good, and it is worth mentioning the large hot spring bath. There are 7 different types of baths. My favorite is the whirlpool bath. It is rare in other places. It feels so comfortable and relaxing. Every door faces the lake view, so chill!

The area is lovely. Staff was great and so was the hotel breakfast and dinner. The lobby and other community areas were great. The only reason for giving the hotel three stars overall rating is that the bathroom was outdated - the hotel was celebrating a one year opening so I was surprised at the outdated bathroom condition.

When we told them that our mother has a mobility issue, they prepared a room for us right after we got off the elevator, which was very helpful. The room had a raised floor, but there were handrails at the steps, so it was comfortable. The large communal bath was also thoughtful, with a high chair by the shower and a wheelchair for the bath, for people with mobility issues.
As for dinner, we didn't order any extra dishes, but the portions were plenty and we ate a lot of it.
The view of Ena Gorge from the room was beautiful.
We'd like to stay here again if we're in the area.

It was very beautiful and I was very satisfied. Unfortunately the weather was bad, but since it was the first anniversary of the opening, we were able to take the Enakyo Ferry, which made for a very memorable trip.
