Check in was a nigh**are!! It took well over an hour to get our room key.
Otherwise the staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good. The other food was ok.

Worst Novotel I have ever stayed . Dirty and very used rooms with the cheapest finishing and furniture, however the building is not that old. Everything was looking extremely cheap, especially in bathroom. I will never ever trust this hotel chain anymore. I paid about 100$ for night here, and even paid extra at reception to get a little better room because first one they suggested was messy and small. The breakfast was just Ok, but not more, quite poor. The only good thing about this hotel is big parking, that’s all.

They have two separate reception areas but I went movenpick areas and even they have only 2 person in the reception which is very disappointing because they have two hotels and very less staff in the reception, we are waiting for a long while check in, and the facility are very nice gym are amazing, but for staying and get any assistance from the staff are not, and specially when I am finish my breakfast I went to the reception I ask politely if possible to check out bit late because I am going out to pray and after pray I will come back directly and take my bag to check out, but hussain was the staff he keep refusing me and I don’t like the way he refused me, he keep say I have to checkout on time. That was very disappointing

Hotel is on road
Room provided was on road.
Upon horrible arguments got some better ROOM.
Only buy deluxe room with Seaview.
