However, the pots of plants placed on the balcony have withered and yellowed, and the hotel needs to replace them in time. Overall, Banyan Tree Songshan Lake still has some areas to improve, but it is still worth recommending. There are various complaints online. After all, the hotel's basic room rate is close to the level of high-end hotels, and guests will definitely evaluate various details with higher standards. Because it was the May Day holiday and I checked in on the 4th, the price was not cheap. The room was equipped with travel photography and colorful activities in the store. I called the travel photography as soon as I checked in. I said I would call back. As a result, I waited for two hours and received a call telling me that it was scheduled until 2 pm the next day. Or there was another one at 8 am, I said 8 am. I added a sentence, if I didn't call to cancel at 8 pm, then I would follow this time. As a result, I got up early the next morning and called to say that I didn't make an appoin**ent because I didn't confirm it. Okay~ Colorful activities in the store. I didn't get a reply. They said they would call me back, but I didn't get a reply. Okay ~ 4. The night bed was three slightly moldy oranges + a small turtle The room environment is good. But the surrounding facilities are expected to be improved.

What made me most uncomfortable was that I took out a bottle of milk tea that I had already drunk, and the waiter nervously told me that I couldn't take anything away, not even packing it. This really made me wonder where the comfort experience of Banyan Tree is. Moreover, when checking in, the front desk did not introduce all the activities of the hotel during the May Day holiday, and I missed the parent-child handicraft session in the afternoon, which made the children very disappointed. In addition, I clearly made an appoin**ent for travel photography, but no one contacted me. The experience was very bad.
