Element Dallas Love Field

Dallas|1.45km from Cathedral of Hope
I stayed at the Element in 2019 when it was a new property and had a great experience. It still is on the nicer side and close to Love Field. Room was clean. The Element hotel and adjacent Aloft hotel (it is connected with a common entrance) is in need of a basic refresh in the common areas and hallways. My window shade was broken but overall room was immaculate and great bed. Breakfast was so-so, just a pan of scrambled eggs and sausage patties. No cutup fresh fruit on yogurt bar, just a basket of apples and oranges. No orange juice, but had apple and cranberry. In 2019 they had a chef who made an omelette for you, apparently that is a thing of the past. Was disappointed in the front desk person at the Element, was sitting down with winter hat and jacket on when I checked in, did not get up to greet, performed duties perfunctory. Didn’t offer up any hotel info—breakfast hours, bar hours, fitness center, had to ask. On the Aloft side—one of the receptionists was relaxing on the couch the first night and concentrated on her phone. Next day receptionists (four) seem to be more interested in laughing and joking with each other versus paying attention to customers and duties. Jy example was not recognizing when a van driver was late, though they said to be in the lobby at a specific time he was not. (I needed a ride to Southwest headquarters and had to repeat myself to three different reception hosts as to where I was going. ) Professionalism and commitment to customer service, training, more management oversight definitely needed on property.

I just had an overnight staycation at the Warwick Melrose hotel and it was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend joining The Journey Club to secure the best rates for this hotel and also earn points. Everyone at the hotel was extremely attentive and friendly providing an excellent guest experience. The hotel has beautiful old world charm décor yet full of modern amenities. We had a fabulous experience at the LeSpa and highly recommend the hot stone massage. We spent the afternoon at the pool which was relaxing and very enjoyable with lots of shade options available to hide from the Texas heat if you need. Angela in the Library Bar was fantastic and we had a very delicious Beef Tenderloin for dinner. Our room was beautiful, large bathroom, dressing room, electronic plugs for laptops and fantastic lighting. Beds and pillows were luxurious and comfy. I can't say enough wonderful things about this gem of a hotel. Andrew Wright the General Manager has done an amazing job maintaining 5 star service across all departments.

The surrounding area is a bit desolate. It is more convenient to take a taxi to the city center for 10 minutes. The hotel facilities are a bit old and the service is not bad. I received a deposit of $ 50. I do n’t know when I can return
Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Market Center

The hotel is located in an elevated annex, with easy access by car and free parking. The room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is a little smaller than the room. However, the hotel lobby is spacious and very convenient for entering or leaving the hotel or waiting for someone.

Everything was great, the service and amenities. Very courteous to everyone and a lot of hospitality given here and there. The elevator shaky at times other than thought the place was pretty solid. Food wasn’t offered due to COVID but the food in the city is amazing and worth eating I’d recommend.

Monday, March 7, 2022 to Tuesday, March 8, 2022 Congratulations to the employees and management on a job well done... I stayed for one night and I found the employees to be friendly and professional. Appropriate greeting at check-in and an acknowledgement of my Bonvoy status. The common areas were clean and very well-maintained. Room 517 was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was nice and there was good water pressure. Parking is available in an outdoor lot for $25.98. If you're a light sleeper and your room faces the highway, the noise from the traffic might be a problem.
