I completely understand that you get what you pay for, and I just needed a room to sleep in, even though I had read all the bad reviews. I didn't care since my expectations were low. However, this place and the front desk woman literally tortured me.
Firstly, the bed linen had big holes, which I ignored. But it was really cold. I called and called, and the front desk just kept saying she would send someone over to check the AC. Obviously, there was none. After 3 hours, she agreed to change a room for me.
Now, for the second part, changing rooms turned into a punishment. The fridge in the second room was super loud, sounding like a huge clock, Tik-Tok. I called again, and the front desk woman said there was nothing she could do. I totally gave up, went to the front desk to check out, even though I had checked in just 3 hours ago. I said I totally agreed they could charge for tonight, but could I get a refund for the second night (I prepaid for 2 nights). Of course, the answer was NO. She said she could change to a third room for me. I was exhausted dealing with this crappy and humiliating game, so I just told her it was OK, left, and booked a new hotel
