Response from Property: 親感謝您在幾千家名宿酒店定到我家名宿，親您以下所提到的，我們名宿對衞生這塊要求特別的重視，每天一客一換，打掃完衞生我們親自去撿查房間包含每一個角落的，每間房間有香皂合放有香皂，浴室和房間是隔開的，衞生間都有浴霸的，親説冷您也可以開空調，我們是每一間都是格力中央空調的冷熱風都有，親定的房間是在2樓陽光很充足，您説被褥是潮濕的您應該馬上給前台説，熱水慢多放1分鐘就是熱水，我們每一天的熱水是太陽能帶電加熱是完全保持雨天晴天24小時熱水的，您發現這麼多問題應該是第一時間找我們，我們可以給你立馬換房到你滿意為止的呀，如果説了沒處理，親您再給我差評，我很樂意接受，但我這一個月沒有誰來反應過，我衹能説一聲報歉。我們會盡更大力量做到最好。
