My husband & I stayed at Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han 4 nights & 5 days from May 28 to June 1st, 2023. Overall I would give a 3.0 rating for morning buffet. They had the new local specialty dish every morning. Other than that, other dishes are very limited, not too much selection. I would give them a 5+ for their customer service. We were looking for help to install a face shield for our helmet. Ngu-the name of the friendly bell-boy, who finished his shift and was ready to go home with his family. However, he was willing to help us got it done in 1.5 hour. Much appreciated for his assistance! I would give the hotel cleanness, room space & location a 5. I love the location of this hotel. It's a walking distance to amenities such as Han Market, Cho Con Market, the dragon bridge as well as many great local restaurants. The location is in the heart of Da Nang city. I would highly recommend you to stay at this hotel for your trip.

The location is a bit disappointing as there is nothing around, but rather, it has a calm feeling~ Breakfast was a bit weaker than expected, and the evening lounge was not as expected as I don't drink alcohol. If I went with my friends, I would have enjoyed drinking this and that, but it's a pity. Still, I liked it because it seemed to be good value for money.

Very good hotel for the price. It's kind of trying to be trendy, cosplaying Moxy and the likes. The only problem I encountered was the ventilation: there was a very unpleasant smell in the room. The staff changed the room quickly and were very helpful and apologetic. Staff is definitely fantastic here! Regarding the room, it was small and pretty barebones, but clean and had great panoramic windows. One very important thing missing was the kettle. Fridge, shower and and WiFi worked great.

Good location with beautiful river and dragon bridge view. Unfortunately the balcony in the room was inaccessible due to its size (can’t even step on it) and because it wasn’t clean. The breakfast was ok, with good variety but best to get there early as once something is gone it won’t be replaced. The staff was friendly and efficient, they surprised us with a small cake for our anniversary and allocated a room with a lovely view in a quiet floor as requested.

me and my family went to vietnam to travel and stay at eden plaza hotel danang from June 30 to July 3 and received a warm welcome from people here, entered the hotel space is a large and clean campus, the hotel has a very spacious and clean outdoor swimming pool in addition to a children's swimming pool that is very suitable for families when coming here. We booked a superior room and wanted to upgrade the room, the hotel side supported and gave us a very good price, the breakfast food at the restaurant is not diverse. This problem needs to be overcome by the hotel to be better. Once again, thank you to the entire hotel staff for warmly welcoming us, and especially to Mr.DUC for supporting us from booking to throughout our stay.

I stayed at Quan quan hotel for two nights between October 20-22, 2019. Just checked out today early morning, then me and my friends from Room 308 were fined 50,000 Dong for dirty towel!! Let me ask something, can I use towel like it’s always new?! Hey!! You must be joking! Apart from that, a/c smells so musty and all furnitures in the room are dusty and not in good conditions. I know the hotel price is cheap, but in my opinion I think it could be better. Okay it’s near the airport and city, however it’ll be the only first and last time here, thanks!!!

Thank you for changing the shared shower room to the individual shower room free of charge. It's a good system to carry the key with you, and it's nice to be able to enter and exit from the side passage without passing through the lobby. The only problem was that the air conditioner didn't work. Well, even if it was 30 degrees during the day, the room was comfortable, so it might not be necessary all year round.

A lodging near the airport that costs 20,000 won the day before I think the staff were much more friendly. From the time of check-in, there is not enough explanation about what is free and included, and I am not good at English. I don't think you can understand English well;;ㅎ ㅜㅜ What are you talking about? and the expressions are so bad There seems to be a difference between employees Breakfast was okay, but the room service food was really bad. Although the price was cheap, it was a waste of money Rooms are generally clean There are many amenities. However, there aren't any places where there is dust piled up. When I turn around the air conditioner, it smells slightly. Even if the location is in the city or at Lotte Mart, the location is awkward, so you have to use a taxi. On the other hand, facilities that are good enough to offset everything It was a swimming pool. I loved swimming at night rather than during the day. It was nice to be able to enjoy the night view together. The cost performance is good!!! I think I'll go to the pool again next time I think it was a good place to stay before going over to Hoi An Resort.
