Gold Plaza Hotel Da Nang

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Gold Plaza Hotel Da Nang while bringing my family on a trip to Da Nang. The hospitality was excellent — the staff were very attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. They helped carry our luggage, assisted with the lift, and even arranged transportation for us to Ba Na Hills and the airport. On the day we left, they also helped us with our luggage and patiently waited with us for our transport to the airport, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was also enjoyable, offering a wide variety of choices. The location is another plus point — it’s close to many attractions and only about a 10-minute drive to the airport, making it very convenient to travel around. The only downside would be the soundproofing. It’s quite weak, as we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms and the lift lobby, especially at night. Overall, it was still a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would recommend it for families visiting Da Nang.

Good value for money however there is no iron in the room and none to borrow either which is a shame for 4 stars hotel.

Do not stay here if you have young kids . Moldy curtain , my baby got bitten by bedbugs all over . Terrible ! Couldn’t wait to check out . Breakfast refill takes ages . Mostly empty . Never to come back again .

I don’t think “Premium Gold Suite” is an accurate name, since the room was quite small and didn’t feel like a suite. That said, my stay was pleasant and I left with a good impression of the hotel.

By far the best of three hotels I stayed at in DaNang and a great value. Room clean and comfortable with a balcony, fridge and tv. Staff super courteous with a welcome drink and they let me check in early. A good breakfast buffet with eggs and coffee as well. No musty smell in rooms which is common in DaNang. Convenience stores, banks, laundry and restaurants walkable nearby. Stay here.
