Hotels with Parking in Da Nang

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the assistance from the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was terrific. The location is very convenient, being close to popular eateries like Madame Lan, Luk Lak, and Korea street, as well as various spas. However, I was disappointed with the room. The TV was small, not a smart TV, and had very few international channels, with unclear pictures on every channel. The toilet arrangement was inconvenient with nowhere to hang the hand towel, and the door blocked the basin when opened. The bedside table had several scratches, and although I requested a hard pillow, I was only provided with a soft one. The soundproofing was poor; I could hear vehicles, especially motorbikes, from my room. Additionally, the hotel reused a stained and folded paper card as our room key, which felt unprofessional. Upon check-in, there was no one to greet us or assist with our luggage.

The PEOPLE! Everyone working at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Made the overall experience very enjoyable. The HOTEL! A newer hotel in a great location with amazing views.right across from the beach and very convenient to many walkable restaurants. Taxis were always available out front. We needed to extend our time in Da Nang for 5-days and booked this hotel literally last minute. It did not disappoint and the rooms were very comfortable. We had a two-bedroom and have plenty of space. Room was beautiful and well designed. No issues or complaints about the room. The SPA! The Spa had a 2 for 1 special that I took advantage of by getting the Vietnamese Bamboo 90-minute Massage and then the Hot-Stone 90-minute Massage. These were both AMAZING and the masseuse couldn't have been more friendly and wonderful. She was able to locate the pain points in my shoulder areas and focus on relieving the pain. Her name was Nhi, and I HIGHLY recommend her. The Restaurant and Bar were also very nice, although did not utilize them often. We had dinner the first night and we were the only people in the place. It was ok and the service was good. They were very pleasant and even brought our leftovers to our room for us. The bar on the top floor was great and had amazing views. Again, the staff were also very pleasant and attentive. Drink was great and the place was relaxing. I guess prior to me arriving there were over 30 guests from a tour group. Morning Breakfast was included and we took advantage of it every morning. This was very popular and they had a wide selection of food, fruit, juices and beverages. The staff would remember who I was and would ask if I would like another cafe sua da every morning. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Both Western and Vietnamese food were available, with some items changing daily. Overall, the experience was great and I will definitely stay again when visiting. The only negative were the elevators. They have three elevators, and if you are needing one during a busy time, you could have a long wait. We experienced this one time when going to breakfast. As a note, there were many large tour groups staying at the same time we were, so they would utilize the elevators at the same time. Other minor touches: The front outside seating area is a nice space to enjoy. While out there one evening with my 2-year-old son, we were able to listen to the music across the street from a wedding. It was not obnoxious and was very enjoyable. I would also take my son for walks down the sidewalk across the street along the beach. He loved this and it was very convenient and enjoyable. I am terrible with remembering names and cannot think of everyone to recognize for being so wonderful and EVERYONE was great! Highly Recommend!

We took a trip to Danang after attending a friend's wedding in Saigon, decided not to make any plans and just plan on the go. Getting the Le Sands was a great choice we made. The hotel was convienently situated by the seaside, we took the oceanfront room which gave us an unblocked view of the entire ocean. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was standard international spread, nothing to shout about but the service staff were courteous and super friendly. Since we decided where to visit on the go, we asked the hotel staff if they could help us arrange our trips and lo and behold they did an excellent job! As a tourism trained academic and an ex-hotel and resorts sales manager, I can say they did a wonderful job. All the staff were very helpful going out of their way to assist me in my stay. Special mention of Emily the customer service who helped my fiancee and I planned 2 days of transport to Ba na hill, Hoi An and day 2 to Hue. All through the journeys she checked on my safety via online chat and gave me food recommendations. The fact that the price is a fraction of the larger hotel chains but the services, cleaniness, location and friendliness totally made this a steal. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Anh Pham & Tram Le What a wonderful stay with lots of challenges. Stayed at a few Hyatt Regency around the world and I have to say that Hyatt Danang is the best one regarding its service!! 1.) Few hours before our departing flight to DaNang, we found out that one of the visas has problem. We contacted the hotel at mid night and Ms Anh Pham from customer service tried her best to help me get it solved. It was quickly resolved and my family was able to arrive on the same day. We are grateful for Ms Pham's help, it's a blessings that got her help. 2.) the service is superb. Everyone is very helpful at any given hours. We appreciate Ms Tram Le's help on moving the villa, arrangement on moving to our next hotel, and all the tentative care. Tuan at the concierge is also very helpful and caring, always asking if we need anything. 3. Location is best. 20 mins to everywhere. Airport, old town and yummy eateries. 4. Breakfast: the coffee drink and pho are best. Totally worth of paying the extra. 5. The le petit chef dinner experience is very memorable for my daughter and me. Lucky that we stay at the Hyatt as we have priority booking our seats during our stay.

We stayed in the grand suite.The True value of a hotel experience is not how everything is under ideal conditions, but how do they respond under difficult circumstances or even mistakes. We enjoy staying at the Diamond Sea Hotel - the service is really good from checking in to checking out. Breakfast is excellent- everyday the selections are different - from fresh fruits, soups, fresh baked breads & pastries, omelet, eggs & everyday different meat menus.

The location and facilities were very good. It was a family trip, and there was a washer dryer and kitchen, so it was easy to eat delivery food. However, the pool was messy and cold, the elevator took too long, and especially the lady in charge of eggs and rice noodles at the breakfast restaurant looked uncomfortable every morning. It's hard because one person is in charge of more than two things. It seems that the hotel needs improvement. There are too few breakfast items

Hotel located at small valley, there are a lots of restaurants, food stall, massage shops around. Walking distance to beach area too. Breakfast time after 8.45am will be less crowded, food is ok. Reception staff very polite and helpful. Cleanliness in the room could be better and improve.

Book a Premier room. Room size is quite comfortably spacious. Toilet is too translucent so abit awkward. Pillow is too soft. Hotel lobby has is warm not sure if the aircon is switch on. Upon return back to hotel on late night, the lights at the lift area are turned off, which I feel it uncomfortable about it. Buffet breakfast variety were ok but not so great as I felt the food are cold. Nevertheless, the location and staff service are great.

Beautiful hotel, nice spacious rooms, enjoyed walking around admiring the architecture. The heated pool with basketball and volleyball was fun. Lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from however we chose to have the Buffett dinner which was great with a large selection, they also had live music while we ate. Access to the golden bridge before the crowds was an added bonus.
