"I loved La Das House. Location is on a locals street in downtown Danang, close to some lovely cafes and both local and more upmarket eateries/restaurants. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Dragon Bridge and the Cham museum and I walked along the incredibly lovely river walk in the evenings. .. the people are lovely, helpful and kind and the communal area has a pool, bookcase of books, tables and chairs to relax on and a pet tortoise and bunny flopping around. I seriously loved the vibe, went twice and would base myself there if I go back again. Storii Cafe and the up market vegetarian restaurant (AUD15 meals) close by are both worth visiting. 🙏🥰"

No key needed, every lock from the front gate, door and lockers used PIN codes. No deposit taken. Just walk in and be their guest.
We didn't get to use the pool as the weather didn't co-operate, but it was clean and serviced. The premises was in good order.
The room - we had a triple with a double and single bed. HEAPS of space. Smart TV, washer/dryer combo, decent bathroom. A little sparse on privacy for the bathroom, so make sure you're ok with showing some butt cheek to your roommates.
Would definitely stay again.

伊伊尔姆河畔普法芬霍芬霍根The proprietress was very enthusiastic and helped us book a car to the airport. The car drove very well and steadily, and it was cheaper than grab! Breakfast included, optional, the location is also good, quiet in the noisy, the room is clean and big. Our room has a small balcony, and it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony at night...I am generally satisfied.

Ppaulina-The accommodation was perfectly adequate for the price, however, we would have appreciated a large bath towel in addition to the small hand towel. While the bins were emptied, the bin bags weren't replaced, so from the beginning of our stay, there were contact lenses left by previous guests in the bin bags. The mattress was very thin and worn out, making it quite hard to sleep on.
Communication with the owners was good; we had no problems in that regard.
There was a washing machine on the ground floor, but it couldn't be used because it wasn't connected to the water supply. A laundry service was available for 25,000 VND per kilogram of laundry.

GGuest UserBooked the hotel first for 15 nights. Deluxe room with balcony and city view. Then extended the same room for another 5 nights. We were satisfied with our stay. Excellent, new hotel. Quiet location. Located 2 minutes walk from the main road. So there is no noise from the road. The sea is in 5 minutes walk. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and stores around. There is a store near the hotel. You can buy food there. The hotel has underground parking. The room is spacious and bright. Lots of windows, there is a balcony. Good big bed. The mattress on the bed is comfortable for sleeping. Asked the staff for 2 more pillows and they gave them to us. The room was cleaned every day. The room has a large refrigerator, stove, hood over the stove. There are kitchen utensils (plates, cups, forks, mugs). The bathroom and toilet are excellent. There is hot water. Good pressure. The hotel staff is wonderful. Helped to solve all arising questions. We rented a motorcycle. The hotel employee at the reception helped us with this. Next visit we will stay in this hotel.

GGuest UserI can't say enough great things about Tam and Viet's hosting of us at Coco Viet! They supported us through every step of our trip (recommendations, translation, laundry, ordering breakfast, making (perfect) coffee -- we (all 8 of us!) came home from a long afternoon touring and were welcomed with fresh local tea and cookies (!!!). While staying with Tam and Viet, we felt completely at home. The fresh flowers and classy decor made me feel like I was staying in a very expensive hotel, but Coco Viet was incredibly affordable. The views from the balconies can't be beat. I can't recommend Coco Viet enough!

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just a short walk from the Old Town. The host is extremely friendly and caring – she really went out of her way to help us, even arranging a sleeper bus to Hanoi for us at a very good price.
The room was clean and comfortable, with a great air conditioner that made our stay even better.
Overall, it was a really positive experience at a very affordable price. Highly recommended!

HhollysmithA great home stay, they have multiple rooms and run it a little like an Airbnb or hotel but still keep the family touch behind home stay experiences. Family is kind, attentive, and great to chat to even with language barriers.
Free bicycles to use which is great because it’s a bit of a walk or cycle into old town. We think it’s a good distance but cycling shortened it. They do laundry but we didn’t use. They also have a dog who is a funny character.
To note for guests who are particular: Some things were a bit unclean in our room which is why we put 3/5. Amenities were good but shower head has a mind of its own and water temp is high (great and unusual for the surrounding properties we stayed in, but careful for unexpected water angles). Room also smelled damp and it was hard to get rid of smell. If this was a hotel it would be not acceptable, but given it’s a home stay we didn’t make a fuss. Just including in the review as homestays really range.

처음 방에 들어선순간 지하실에서 나는 쿵쿵한 곰팡이냄세가 진동했다. 건물전체에서 이런 냄새가 나는데 구조적 문제같다. 벽사진을 보면 왜그런지 짐작할수있다. 이호텔의 유일한 단점은 바로 이것이다. 다른점은 시내에서 멀다는것인데 오토바이를 렌트하면 해결된다. 시내에서 대략 10분거리.
