The hotel is so worth it. . The service is also very good, the swimming pool is also very good, and there is a kids club. You can have a buffet at the hotel for dinner. The hotel has a shuttle to the town

Very good all round hotel. All areas clean & tidy, good selection of food available at breakfast & dinner. Lunches available in bar area & outside pool seating area, reasonable selection of food choices. Wide selection of wines available. Room was very clean & tidy and cleaned daily, nice balcony overlooking sea & pool area. Entertainment on 3 of the nights we stayed and was of a good standard. Good location only a short walk into C'an pastilla, bus stop right outside hotel with regular very cheap service to either Palma or Arenal Would recommend.

This hotel is really nice .. the rooms are basic, but fine. The pool area , reception and particularly the staff are lovely. The food in the hotel is great , really well priced and really nice. The hotel even has its own beach, we did get bit a LOT and we're told by another guest they had to change her mattress as she had 37 bites. Now for the down side .... if your over the age of 35 this hotel is not for you. Trance style music played loud all day long until 11pm, people running up and down corridors all night, slamming doors and screaming. Local area ... if you are not German they don't care and don't cater for you. As an English couple there was absolutely nothing for me and my partner, all the bars are German, all the food places are German. All the people are German.

This hotel is really well located within the resort. Walking distance to the local bars and restaurants. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast has something for everyone . It would be nice for the bar to be open in the evenings.

A great hotel, I am sure it keeps a break not only from the Majorca spa hotels, but also from the entire coast of Spain. High level of service, staff respect, delicious and qualitative food. The resort area, swimming pools, fitness, tracks, you can have a great rest. The hotel is not very children's, but the children's room is and the daughter went there with pleasure, thanks to Sofia. The rooms are big, we had a terrace with lying, quality cosmetics. The only minus (for me) is a very small shower cabin. In general, the hotel was very much liked, like Mayorca.

The equipment was perfect and very clean. We also had a free upgrade i.e. a suite instead of a double room. We were very satisfied with the selection and the quality of the food. The service immediately cleared away any plates that were no longer needed. Beer and wine were included with dinner free of charge. The only problem is parking. After 12:00 there is only more parking at least 1 km away

We visited this hotel as a couple in our late 20s, in April 2022. Our first time abroad since the pandemic, so we were looking forward to it. The hotel was very clean. The cleaners were super friendly and always said hello. The pool area was so quiet, we had it to ourselves often. The decor was fairly modern, standard for a budget hotel. A big supermarket just a few minutes walk away, through a park area at the bottom of the road. The beach was a ten minute walk (although it is up hill coming back). Perfect location for the bus stop to visit Palma. On this basis, it was a great budget hotel for a break away. However, the noise was almost unbearable. El Arenal is a popular party location, with large bars/clubs aimed at German tourists. Which of course,means lots of drunk people. There was absolutely no sound proofing in the hotel room. You could hear every word in the surrounding rooms. You could also hear the loud noise made by the lift, which was in constant use around the clock. One afternoon there was a fight in the room next door, and it sounded like they threw furniture at the walls! I only had between 3 and 5 hours sleep a night, due to loud/drunk people leaving, arriving and just hanging out in the corridors and in their rooms at all sorts of hours. I've stayed in lots of budget hotels in Europe, and hostels but never experienced noise like this. I saw the reviews but assumed it would be fine, but it really is as noisy as everyone says. The first night, I was scrolling through hotel websites at 3am to try and find somewhere else to stay as it was too loud to sleep, although due to cost we decided to just put up with it. This hotel is probably perfect if you want to stay somewhere low cost and want to party/stay up late every night or are a very deep sleeper! It was clean, had semi comfortable beds and pillows, and an okay shower. However, I personally wouldn't recommend it if you want a relaxing holiday now that restrictions have been dropped.

4 star rating overall from me. There are imperfections, but I wouldn't read too much in to some of the recent very negative reviews. Located at the far end of Magaluf, towards Cala Vinyes, but within 10 minutes or so walk of the ”bright lights” of the ***** if wanted. I caught public bus A11 from the airport which takes around 40 minutes and drops less than a 10 minute walk away - all for the princely sum of 6.75 euros (that becomes cheaper if you tap on and off using a contactless card - but mine wouldn't work). A taxi is c. 50 euros. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away out of the front door, albeit the slope / steps are quite steep and, not untypically for Spain, it appears the last couple of steps were never properly finished so have to be exited sidewards. We were a group of middle aged lads, occupying three rooms, one in block 2 (above reception) and two in block 1. The rooms varied but were all clean and tidy, TVs had a choice of UK channels, and (large refillable type) shampoo and shower gel were provided. My mini fridge was fully stocked (water, beer and soft drinks), but the other two rooms weren't (maybe because I'm a Hyatt club member and booked directly?). My safety deposit box needed a new battery that I had to follow up on day 2 for it to be fixed (they wanted me to be present to fix it). This hotel, that I suspect was born from amalgamation of 2 or maybe even 3 hotels, tries to be all things to all people - with clients ranging from young families with children, through couples, groups and the retired. It is large, with multiple pools, and a choice of food and drink venues were available (noting recent reviews about a slow start to the season, low occupancy and limited choice etc). Late afternoon check in was smooth and efficient for me, but I appreciate if bus loads arrive at the same time it could be lengthy. We were all inclusive and food and drink was generally good, albeit as others have noted, you need to keep an eye on things being fully cooked - we had to waste some under cooked chicken. Labelling was also an issue with some missing and others confused - baked beans labelled as ”small black pudding” being an example. See sample menus from Tapas and Burger ”Market Street” venues. We were able to use these ”specialities” at leisure, but I suspect they might be limited or need to be pre-booked in high season. There are some anomalies about what drinks are included - some cocktails are and others aren't. For example, Mojito is extra? The entertainment during our stay was mixed. The (newly arrived) team work hard, but things weren't perfect - the promised music quiz on our last night wasn't delivered for example. That said, the live singers weren't bad. We had a Beatles tribute band, and 90s retro live singers. The pools aren't heated, but were fine once you got in - the weather being mid 20's and sunny when I was there (9th to 13th May). The room had no air conditioning. The manager told us that this information was clearly specified in the booking. Firstly, it was a lie because I taught you the document and did not appear. Then the fault was who made the booking. But we did it through the same hotel's web ... We ask you that if a room was released, which has air conditioning, we would give it. He said yes, but the next day we arrived at the hotel just when he gave them a room of this kind to other customers. Two more lies because she initially denied that she would have given such a room to the customers, being true, and another because she didn't reserve it to us, as we had stayed. Small shame is the one of the manager. That's true.
