A very welcoming hotel. Travelling as a family of 7 kids age 17,14,10 and grandparents. From the reception to the cleaning staff, bar and kitchen and entertainment team they were happy to help in every way. Large selection of foods and snacks each day and great bar choices. Clean and tidy rooms with a good balcony. Entertainment all day if you want it from pool, ping pong, darts, archery ect and good entertainment at night until 11pm then very local to bars, Irish or English and plenty of restaurants along road to beach. I nice walk along down to Santa Ponsa where hire of boats, quads ect and load of trips out if you prefer such as pirate nights, aquarium and shows. Local taxi rank and bus route within a few minutes. Plenty of sunbeds available in sun or shade, extra charge for roof terrace of 20e if you want it for hot tubs and adults only. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a welcoming get away with clean and basic rooms and local activities. Nothing to complain about and had a great stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff are all incredibly hard working, friendly and welcoming. The entertainment team led by Goofy, were excellent. Our children enjoyed dipping in and out of maxi club activities and chilling in the games room. My husband couldn’t get enough of the daytime activities on offer and I enjoyed a few myself, with gentle persuasion from Goofy. The design of the hotel is great, so you enjoy views of the sea from all the seating areas. Our balcony view was beautiful, and we enjoyed the evening sun on it. The food was excellent and varied. The drink selection was good, they could do with more bar staff though. The pool does get a bit busy and there was competition for sunbeds, but they started to place signs on them saying they couldn’t be reserved if people left them for more than 40 minutes. I’m not sure if this was enforced but I thought it was a possible fair deterrent to stop people from hogging them all day but not using them. I’d recommend snorkelling in the nearby coves, the sea was so warm and it was a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. (Actually the first cove is seconds away!) My children are desperate to return again and I’d certainly consider it. It was such a fantastic, relaxing, friendly and safe atmosphere. We were grateful to all the staff for their hardwork. ☺️☀️

Rooms were ok, but could have been better stocked with a kettle and iron etc. food was very good albeit a tad samey when staying for 11 nights. Staff were excellent. However there were lots of things to pay for on top of the all inclusive package and the pool area and facilities were very much lacking unless you’re willing to get up at 7 to reserve your sun lounger even though it’s apparently not permitted! This was not policed and was an unwelcome pain

We stayed for 10 nights in early October. The Staff: The staff were all great, super helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff in particular were spot on. The Food: The food was actually pretty good. I am always dubious when it comes to all inclusive but the Breakfast was fantastic with plenty choice and the fact there was Nutella and Pancakes made my 9 year olds morning every time! We never had lunch often as we were full from Breakfast. We ate evening meals there most nights and it was pretty varied and good quality. The Drinks: I'm not a big drinker but all the drinks we had were fine. though my partner would've like more fresh coffee as the machines weren't the best. The Pool: The outdoor pool was absolutely freezing so i only made it in once. Granted we were there in October but the sun never touched the pool all day so it just never got the chill off it. The indoor pool was a much better temperature but didn't feel very clean. The Entertainment: We never went to the entertainment so can't really comment. we did try to go one night but there were no seats or tables free so we just went elsewhere. The kids Stuff: The kids stuff was ok. My son never did any of the clubs and he didn't fancy the computer rooms. one negative is that there is only one pool table, one air hockey table (that was out of order the whole time we were there) and two table tennis tables. Definitely could do with more pool tables. The Location: Honestly i wasn't a lover of the location. Looking at the pictures it's right next to the sea but there is no beach. Just a few bits with ladders. The walk to Santa Ponsa beach isn't terribly far maybe a kilometre. there are a few local restaurants that we tried. The Room: I didn't love the room, it was a good size but there were no drawers to be found. the pull out bed was so uncomfortable and the actual beds weren't much better to be honest. I didn't sleep well. The Sun bed on the balcony was great though.

This hotel did not disappoint. The rooms were clean and spacious. English tv channels too. WiFi was fab and free! Safe also free. We had a room with a walk in wardrobe. Balcony was huge with sun bed too. Views were also amazing. Some amazing sunsets. The food was great. Never struggled to find anything to eat even with a fussy 12 year old! At peak times we queued for restaurant but didn't wait long at all and we're taken to our table. The staff work tirelessly to turn tables around quickly. The drinks were great too. Definitely worth all inclusive in that part but the snacks left a lot to be desired and there were no ice creams or crisps for the kids unless you paid. We traveled with elderly relatives who were able.to navigate the hotel as they have adapted the hotel to meet peoples needs. We loved the area. Beach was close by -10 minutes away. We traveled into magaluf for the day - taxi was only 15 euros. Staff are some of the nicest people we have ever met. The entertainment was fantastic too. Something for everyone. Our favourite was generation x and the show delivered by the animation team themselves. Goofy leads the team and he speaks to everyone. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at this hotel. We would definitely return in the future 👍

Loved everything about this hotel, staff was amazing an went over an above, one of the best entertainment team ever. Weather wasn't the best an had pretty high winds but balcony was able to shield you from it. The sunsets where unreal and this made it spectacular.

This hotel has some really lovely aspects, first being the seafront location. It really is beautiful and most rooms seem to take advantage of the view with the balconies looking out to the sea. The food here is lovely. Fresh, varied and different themes each night including Indian, Asian and Mexican. Plenty to choose from for fussy little ones too, always pasta, pizza, chips etc. The negative with the restaurant is the queuing, especially at dinner. When going when the restaurant opened at 6.30 for food, the queue was around the restaurant to get to the buffet, go down for dinner after 6.30 and the queue is around the bar to wait for a table. We waited 20 minutes for a table on one night which, with a 1 and 6 year old, was not ideal. The restaurant staff work incredibly hard and turn tables around as fast as they are able, the restaurant just isn't big enough when the hotel is at full occupancy. The hotel is pretty clean throughout, rooms serviced daily as you would expect. Some of the communal spaces such as the corridors were a little less well kept but that wasn't an issue to us really. The rooms are comfortable enough, if a little dated. Despite paying for a room upgrade we were given a pretty basic and small room for four of us, which was a disappointment. The pool area is nice, though was mostly shaded due to the time of year but this was to be expected. The pools were also cold but again down to the time of year and expected. Part of the reason we chose this hotel was to make use of the heated, indoor pool on colder or wet days. Sadly the pool is neither indoor nor heated. The pool is in a covered terrace with sunbeds but the pools itself was no warmer than the unheated, outdoor ones. We didn't see the main evening entertainment due to having our young children with us but we did se the mini disco most evenings and we really enjoyed it. Familiar songs but a different playlist each night so that it wasn't too samey. Despite the hotel being due to close on the day we left (Sunday), most facilities including the children's pool were closed or being closed the day before (Saturday). Lots of sunbeds had been taken in and the pool bar was closed. It left us feeling like we didn't really have a lot of options for things to do and our balcony was shaded and so not really where we wanted to be on a sunny (though windy) afternoon. We have stayed with Fergus before and would probably stay within the Group again in future but sadly wouldn't return here.

Arrived end of October for half term break with our teenage daughter. We had a superior suite which was quite spacious including a walk in wardrobe area and sitting room although her bed was in the sitting room. Nice balcony over looking the sea with a lovely sunset on clear days, including table and chairs and large sun bed very comfortable! The pool area has a children’s pool and deeper pool. One side of the pools gets no sun whatsoever. Could be due to the autumn sun being low?? But for the size of the hotel this does seem to be a small area I think people would be scrambling for sun beds in the summer. Plenty of tables and chairs just up from the pools by the stage area. But even in October half term the hotel wasn’t full yet at the night time entertainment sometimes we struggled to get a seat. Luckily our balcony overlooked the stage. Restaurant. We found the all inclusive option very good. The theme nights were great. And some of the food really was delicious. The staff worked so hard and are very friendly. Location. Only a short walk from the centre. Many shops and restaurants were already closed for the season which didn’t matter to us as we choose the AI option but we walked into the town each day. For the price we paid this was a nice autumn getaway and would definitely return to the hotel at this time of year. The weather was ok some sunny days, some windy days, some cloudy days (not controlled by the hotel!). But overall a lovely week away. Would return.

Great hotel and location offering a family friendly entertainment at good value. Hotel was clean and not too busy so easy to get around without too much issue queuing. Well stocked for end of season everything we needed still available. Good amenities and generally a well kept hotel. Food was good on all inclusive, sometimes a little monotonous but we were never left hungry. Drinks selection decent and as expected. Some areas quite small eg pool area and bar however no issue in October may be an issue peak summer getting sun beds and seats/tables. Indoor ‘heated pool’ definitely not heated as stated so extremely cold and didn’t offer any decent alternative to the cold out door pools. Over all we had a great family halftime autumn break.
