The appertment was fine , the view spectacular from the balcony. We went into the restaurant a few times. Most staff were nice and polite but this was spoilt by a couple of the staff. They were rude and made it obvious they did not want serve us. We go to Spain and love the spanish culture and at least try to talk a little spanish. To be treated like an illegal alien who is infected with anthrax is Bizarre. Anyway rant over we will not stop here again. But look forward to our next trip to Spain.

A fantastic clean and quite hotel, located very close to the main town centre , breakfast was also very good and the reception staff were great 👍 would definitely recommend and cost very reasonable, it was a last minute booking and they were very accommodating.

Booked through jet2 and got dropped off in a small mini bus but on departure had to make our way to the start of the road we walked as we are fit but they did offer to pay for a taxi unsure why coaches can’t get down this street as HGV lorries heading towards the port come down this street this is a jet2 issue and not the hotels issue. On to the hotel had a pleasant stay here I was surprised by some of the negative reviews as it’s a very nice 3 star hotel the staff were friendly on reception. Our room was the opposite side from the sea front 232 and got the sun later on in the day only one side of the pool area got sun shine so most of the beds are down one side. The room was cleaned 3 times on our stay and the bedding was changed mid week but a couple of times we just asked the maid for clean towels and a toilet roll as required it wasn’t a problem. No air con but a fan is supplied must be a very hot room in the summer. So close to the port you hear the blast of the 3 air horns of the first sailing when the door was open.Seven minutes walk to the music square walked back the Main Street the bus comes down and cut through by the side of the church and about the same to the big supermarket walk back down the Main Street the bus came down and look left down the side streets for the wind mill it’s right there.I would stay here again good value for the money we paid. The hotels outside was getting painted when we were here as were some of the rooms when they became vacant

This is a lovely hotel, we had a suite which does have street view but we knew that when booking and our balcony got the last of the sun which was nice. All the staff here are so friendly and welcoming, for the price we paid we weren’t expecting much but we was really surprised and loved our week here. We came in Nov so the no air con wasn’t an issue but I can imagine in the summer it’s not great. That’s the only negative really, we would absolutely stay here again it was lovely.

Firstly let me just say that due to roadworks, large coaches cannot drop off at the apartments, and transport would have to sorted from a nearby hotel. Taxis and mini buses are fine . Check in was quick with a very pleasant and efficient young lady, and directions to room were easy to follow. We booked a studio, but were pleasantly surprised to get an apartment with 2 bathrooms ! . Coming in November was fine but in the summer it would be stifling as there is no air con . Poor area is lovely , nice and clean . There is a small cafe down the stairs from the pool, which is nice, clean and reasonably priced. The room servicing is apparently once a week so dry your towels on the 1 of 2 balconies you have. Access to local bars and restaurants is 5 min walk. I really can’t understand all the negative reviews. This is 3 star being run as a 3 star, and very well as well. I think some people pay 1K for 2 people for a week including flights and expect butler service . Well you won’t get that, but you will get a nice little apartment in a nice place run by nice people

Location of this hotel is good situated near to the harbour, however due to the ongoing roadworks means that no coach drop offs are allowed, so expect a 10 minute walk to from drop off and to pick up if not getting a taxi. Hotel is clean and rooms were ok bed comfy, bathroom ok, however no air con which is why i marked down. Pool area is clean and plenty of beds for this time of year although we did have a "Karen" who constantly moaned if she didnt get her bed and her husband vaped constantly blowing his vape everywhere, but we didn't let that spoil our time, infact the opposite watching her run to management everyday to no avail. Staff at hotel lovely and friendly, cleaners cleaned our room 3 times in the week with fresh towels each time. The hotel also has an excellent equipped gym and squash court. We ate in La Luna one evening and for breakfast we found the meals to be fine and prices in line with the quality. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a holiday November to February however due to no air con I wouldn't stay or recommend outside of those months. The lack of air con seemed to be most peoples issue but for the price we paid I thought it was a bargain.

Stayed here with my sister in March 2024. Accommodation basic, staff not friendly. Our room was just above where the sun beds were situated and we could hear everyone’s conversation. Towels put on sun beds as soon as pool area opened and didn’t come until late morning.

Just home from a great week at your apartments. The suite was lovely and spacious the only negative being no air conditioning. I know we had fans but only circulate air in the room. The staff on reception, bars and in the restaurant were very friendly. Pool area was superb and very clean. On the whole we loved Corralejo but because of AC I wouldn’t return to stay here.

This was a lovely place to stay. Great pool never busy, sun beds always available . Room was ideal with a sea view and very spacious. Fantastic restaurant downstairs, not expensive. Near to the port and a 10-15 minute walk into the main area. Staff were very friendly, spoke to the manager a few times who was very nice. Supermarket around the corner. Had read some previous reviews about RCI members not being treated nicely but this wasn’t the case with us we were made to feel very welcome. Can’t wait to go back!!

We spend a week ending in the Euro Final and the local Santiago Apostle Festival. Wanted sea view room which we got and it was lovely. Room was clean, everything we needed, great view. Staff were lovely, La Luna Bar was great nice vibe, still servicing food late on, easy walk around the harbour to bars and restaurants. A few boat trips, picnic on Los Lobo. We will be back and happy to book same room , same view

We stayed here as a family of 5 at the end of July. The apartments were spotless, and we had fresh towels every two days. The pool area was extremely clean, and staff (lifeguard) were always around ensuring that bins were empty and the pool area was kept spotless. The La Luna restaurant which is attached to the hotel served delicious food and the staff were lovely there too. The hotel is in a great location in the harbour and it's only a short walk to the centre (which is all flat) where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend the Dunas Club and will hopefully be returning soon.

We stayed here a family of 6, 5 adults 2 children. Nice small hotel, with friendly staff. We had two rooms one studio and a one bedroom apartment. The one bed room apartment had 2 bathrooms and two balconies so lots of space. At first we were given a studio where the shower was over the bath and due to mobility issues wasn't suitable. Staff on reception were very understanding and offered us another room with a walk in shower the next day. Staff work very hard to keep the place clean and organised. Rooms has everything we needed, although didn't do much cooking in there. Would 100% recommend La Luna restaurant attached to the hotel food was lovely and reasonably priced. Its a 10-15 minute walk to the music square which is a great night. There are hotels closer to the centre if you have mobility issues. We hired a wheelchair that was delivered to the hotel and also got taxis when needed, there is a taxi rank round the corner from the reception. It cos 5 euros to the centre. There is a supermarket round the corner from the hotel, which is handy. There are nicer hotels in the area but I would definitely recommend Club Dunas for it's price and would stay again :-)

The hotel layout is OK, cheap and cheerful and what you would want for a family holiday. Going in to the first couple of nights, the room above, the toilet flush sounded like it was in our living room, basically the walls and soundproofing is terrible. However, it's fine, your lucky enough to be on holiday, let it go. People was putting towels out around the pool so we decided to join in, all towels were removed as the beds were unoccupied and this was absolutely fair enough. I respect that. However the day that followed, a family reserved at least 6 beds and 2 was occupied that day out of the 6. Noone removed their towels, nor challenged it. So as we learned from our first day, we can't reserve, why was other party's then allowed to do so. 5 of us had to share 2 beds that day. I had to bite my tongue. But if they are to pursue this rule then do it to everyone, daily. I won't be staying here again.

We have just returned from a 14 night stay at Dunas Club. We found the hotel in a tired, delapidated and very run down state. Phil and Kirsty (Locationx3) say it's all about kerb appeal, this place has none, and is not at all like the pictures in the brochure/online. We were treated to a grumpy and diffident welcome, if you could call it that, by the sour faced reception staff. When we got to our room, it looked like it had been hurriedly wiped over with damp tissue, and the black bed runner was stained underneath (simply turned over to hide this). The shower glass screen had wipe mark residue all over it... and the floors... what can I say... while unpacking, me and my partner's white socks went black! Due to this, you definitely need to wear sliders or something otherwise all the dirt on the floor will end up in your bed.... eeeewwwww! La Luna (attached to and possibly affiliated directly to Dunas Club) was lovely, with plenty of pleasantries at breakfast during our stay. This may be due to fact that 'Bed and Breakfast' is an option when booking at the hotel. However, after lunch and later, there seemed to be a quite sinister unwelcoming barrier to the service... especially with two of the staff. The hospitality touch towards us just wasn't there. These 'ladies' would snatch menus out of your hand, snatch plates away when you'd just finished. Rude, plain rude. We also noted, the restaurant was open to all until beyond 11pm most evenings. However, on the two evenings when Spain were playing in the Euros, it was firmly shut to Tourists, even to those staying in the hotel above. This is absolutely disgraceful. We loved Corralejo, the beach, some of the restaurants, but we certainly got a vibe particularly at this hotel and restaurant, that a lot of the staff made it quite clear by their actions and manner that they are definitely in the 'Tourists Go Home' camp! We certainly will not be returning to this hotel !
