The hotel is very beautiful and clean!Meet my basic requirements for the hotel.The most important thing is that it is very quiet and hidden. I successfully completed my writing task here, and everyone in the staff here is smiling and warm. I dare say this is a treatment I have never had in an all-inclusive hotel.Because it was not the peak travel season at the time, I was directly upgraded by the boss and told me to choose any room. I also wanted to express my gratitude. I originally wanted the hotel to help book a car to the hotel, but I was advised by the hotel staff that it is more convenient to take a bus and the price is lower.I was taken to the bus station by the hotel staff in my own car. During the period, I was worried that I got on the wrong bus and turned back again to check. Thank you so much! This hotel made me fall in love with the people of Turkey! Basically, I don't write much reviews, but I hope everyone can have a perfect accommodation experience and be treated well in Turkey like me👍🏻

We have just come back from a weeks stay at Club Fethiye with 2 young children. We had our reservations initially but by the end of the week we found the place hard to fault. There were some negatives but these were tiny in comparison to what we liked. The good: The food is amazing. So much better than other all inclusives we have stayed at. Every night there is a theme so its hard to get bored. So much variety. Some of the staff there were brilliant (should out the Saliha, such a friendly waitress. give her a pay rise!). The Olive Tree is the best a'la carte restaurant. On top of that having the playground in the main restaurant really helped us enjoy our meals, whilst the children played with others. The entertainment was brilliant. At first we felt it was too late (mostly on at 9:30pm) but then forgot that on holiday the children are always up late anyway, most other young children seemed to still be up at that time too. The Circus act from Ethiopia were world class (drop the 'girls vs boys night). The facilities are excellent. Pools, slides, snack bars, tennis courts, plenty for the children/adults to be entertained. The hotel itself is very well designed. Even though there are 500ish rooms, it is spread out with low rise buildings so from the sea you can pretty much only see the palm trees. Not in the middle of hotel complexes like many of the others in Turkey. Staff - most were so friendly and helpful (I have never seen so many staff working in one hotel. especially in the main restaurant). The other guests were all pretty respectful. There was a real range of nationalities (which is what we like) with no one country dominating, which meant for a nice mix. Its the kid of place where you feel your possessions are safe wherever you leave them. The not so good: We booked rooms with extra beds for the children. The extra beds were small sofabeds (single), which was disappointing considering the children had paid the same price as an adult. The kids club was a bit poor. We didnt feel it was well organised (a few of the staff members seemed bored/not happy to be working there with the children) and our main gripe was that one of the main activities (the one all the kids wanted to do) was paid for. E.g ”paint a t-shirt” was £12 extra for each t-shirt). This was probably the only thing we all agreed could be improved on. Wifi - doesnt really work. Sun loungers - not enough of them. On the first day we got down there at 9:30 and couldnt find any more than 2 together available. Sadly we have to do what everyone else was doing and get up early to reserve places (most of the swimming pool loungers were taken by 8:30am). As I said though, the negatives were not enough to change our opinion on this place. Dont go expecting a perfect, 5 start hotel (or you may be disappointed). I would say this is a great 4 star. All in all, a great week and I fully recommend a stay there with a family.

We went for 1 week for our honeymoon and without our children (dream), what can I say 5* as soon as you walk through the doors. The hotel is 40 mins from Dalaman Airport, coach transfer nice and easy. Greeted at hotel with drinks and face cloth. Lady checked us in and as I told her it was our honeymoon they later arranged a bottle of bubbly, balloons and a tray of delights. Gentleman took our suitcases to our room which was in the adult only section of the hotel. Our room was lovely and clean. Everything you needed. Hairdryer, iron/ironing board, safe, speakers to listen to music. Our balcony overlooked the adult pool. They had a number of pools to try adults, kids and water slides. Although the adult pool was quite cold but that might be the time of year. Towels were provided round pool/beach so no need to bring any. Amazing cocktails to try and they will make what you want. Food in general restaurant was lovely, great variety. They also have a Chinese, Indian, Turkish, Italian and Steak house which was lovely, steak house was my favourite. Book as soon as you arrive to avoid disappointment. You do have to pay €70 for 3 of the restaurants. Also it is expected that you tip. Evening entertainment was good. A few outside acts like The Drifters/Madonna tributes then the staff put on shows. They had a quiz and silent disco then when all that stopped there was music in the piano bar. The beach was lovely with variety of water sports although we didn’t try any. They do a market boat trip every Tuesday which is free. We got a taxi to the Sunday market which worked out £20 return. I got 3 lovely bags there and my husband t shirts. The hotel was very clean, the staff very polite, food/drinks gorgeous and I couldn’t fault it. I will definitely be returning.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Fethiye, and the price and configuration are three stars. According to the three-star standard, it is still OK. There is such a original ecology: the village road and parking lot next to the hotel are untreated dirt roads, and the hotel has no walls. There is a little warmth: there is a small swimming pool, breakfast can be outdoors, the hotel is surrounded by several houses in the open space, the service staff seems to be in the village, very rural homely, I feel good. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is basically enough. It's good to travel or stay for one night temporarily.

Отдыхали в аппартаментах (а именно аппартаменты seahorse13) c 5 сентября по 5 октября 2023г. Выбирали место для отдыха с малышом (15 года),по отзывам понравились эти аппаратменты, так как частная закрытая территория, при этом свой отдельный вход в аппартаменты, пологий заход в море,детская площадка. Сначала плюсы: сама территория комплекса полностью оправдала ожидания - очень зелено, красивые цветы, две улицы, по которым можно погулять и побегать малышам. Территория действительно закрытая, посторонних ни разу не видели. На территории есть магазин, продуты первой необходимости,игрушки, вода (кстати, самая дешевая по сравнению с другими магазинами в городе). Море достаточно чистое, особенно до обеда, после обеда уже волны и вода мутноватая,но не грязная. Никаких фекалий, о которых пишут в других отзывах мы не видели. Детская площадка есть,но тут же начинаются скорее минусы...Итак:детская площадка - это двое качелей (одни из которых все в трещинах), горка (ступеньки тоже с трещинами) и странная качалка, на которой качаться нельзя,пружина то ли заржавела, то ли слишком тугая. Частный пляж с песком (галька начинается перед заходом в море,примерно 1/2 часть пляжа),но на пляже не могу сказать, что убираются: постоянно в песке окурки, скорлупки от орехов, семечек. Хотелось бы все таки более внимательного отношения к частному пляжу в комплексе, ориентированном на отдых с детьми. Собаки на пляже всегда есть,это, конечно, скорее минус,их достаточно много, но как понимаю, это по всему Фетхие. А вот почему по территории комплекса они гуляют стаями - это вопрос. Ресторан на территории тоже не то чтобы уау - для детей особо ничего там нет. Вино правда вкусное, нам понравилось. Уборка в аппартаментах плохенькая и редко - если снимаете на месяц и больше - раз в 10 дней, если до 14 дней - убираться вообще не будут. Сама уборка- это смена постельного белья, полотенец, протирают пол. Все полки на кухне жирные, мы сами оттирали где могли,под кроватями,под диванами никто не убирает - там клубы пыли. На этом глобальные минусы для нас могли бы закончиться,так как прекрасная погода, вкусные свежие фрукты с рынка и теплое чистое море несомненно их перевешивают, если бы нас не.....ограбили! В закрытых аппартаментах. Из закрытого сейфа!! У нас украли наличные деньги, причем дважды. И тут бы мы могли бы закрыть глаза (хоть такое и впервые происходит снами!), сумма не то чтобы критичная, если бы менеджеры комплекса хотя бы принесли извинения (я уже не говорю о возмещении или каких-то комплиментах в адрес пострадавшей стороны) за сложившуюся ситуацию. Но мы не только не услышали извинения,напротив - нам несколько раз очень настойчиво повторили,что ”у нас такое впервые, наш персонал к этому не может быть причастен”. Не понятно,что этим хотели сказать, но раз так - мы решили вызвать полицию. И здесь опять же получили отказ в каком либо содействии со стороны менеджеров отеля. (менеджеры кстати есть русские).
