Location : perfect, food : good taste, amenities : not get time to explore, services : good overall good experience my comments : 1. Wrong room alloted, if i didn't notice, i might end up using the same. On request they changed the room. 2. Room and bathroom were clean 3. Spacious room 4. They need to work on laundry, bedsheets were clean but having spots that gives bad impression.

The services and staffs are all friendly. They are 24 *7 ready for any service. It's very safe to stay here. Every thing is clean. We get filtered ro water. Location to stay is near to bus stand and near to railway station. And also at the middle of the city. I have weary happy and awesome experience here.

It was our first stay at this Hotel. We booked two rooms for three persons. Mumbai to Delhi is our regular route . This time we chose via Guna. Although We have stayed in more than 100 Hotels in almost every city of the Country. However, Our stay at this Hotel made us comfortable and easy. Sh. RajeshMishra, Deepak and Pankaj were more than good for us. Although all staff are very courteous and helpful. I am thankful to the Management to have selected such group of staff and officers for running of this property. Food quality is fantastic. Staff at Restaurant deserve commendation.
