Superb location of the hotel right in the heart of Jiefangbei. All near walking distance to famous scenic places.Street food is just outside the hotel. Superb convenient! Hotel receptionist very helpful, hotel very clean, breakfast buffet daily is majority Chinese style. Highly recommended. Bed size is 1.5m possible for 2 kids below 12 to sleep on.

Location is great with many eateries around and mall. I want to applause your staff 小刘 for being so helpful and offered to help me call the delivery guy when some of my parcels were sent to the wrong places. But I don't really like the traditional rooms, it's a bit creepy, stayed at level 29 and some people never obey the rules, they will smoke while waiting for lift, and level 14 is smoking level. Amo of lifts but very slow. Will not book Mercure again

Hotel is located in prime area of Jiefangbei near the Liberation Square. It’s very convenient and surrounding with many shops and local food. I had experienced staying here during the year end and saw many people came in the Librration square area for celebrating a year end and a new year. Staffs of hotel could not speak English but they tried to comminicate with me with the translation application. Breakfast food are provided starting at 7.00 am. but they allowed me to get in earlier at 6.30 am. even some food not completed yet because I needed to join the tour and pick up me at 7.30 am. Thanks for all there that made my trip convenient.

The overall experience was good and I extreme impressed by the staff called Xiao Ru. She has been welcoming us with warmth and care from the first day we arrived
Travelling with kids was always challenging but Xiao Ru has provided excellent service and patience for our queries.
She has been kind enough to follow up if we need any further assistance on a daily basis. We had an early travel plan and she ensured her colleagues in another shift sending fruit to us every day after her shift. Additionally, she assisted the laundry pick up from our room and ready before our return to the room.
Since we were on a night flight, a complimentary late check out was really helpful to ease out hassle.
The breakfast was pretty good with a variety of options and the location was superb too.
We'll definitely consider Mercure for our next visit!

Perfect location to stay! The location is next to many shopping malls and street food. We could walk to a few tourist attractions.

It was a wonderful experience especially when the staff offered to do our laundry n put in dryer for us and afterwards send to our room. Wonderrful service.

The hotel is right on the main pedestrian street. Downside is there is no inhouse restaurant for lunch/dinner. Breakfast has a large variety but mostly Chinese style. Rooms are big. Staff use translator app for communication which is not a big problem.

The location, cleanliness, and services of the hotel are very good. Especially the customer service officer, Xiao Ling. Whenever we have queries, she could almost provide immediate response with patience and politeness. The only take-off is that the room that I stayed in had a tile cracked at the toilet's entrance. I accidentally cut my foot when I stepped on it. It's not a big thing but not small as well. It will be terrible if any of the customers are hurt by it. Overall, I am quite happy during the time of staying at this hotel.
