Beautiful property, nice view and everything walking distance. But checking in was a bit taken back because my room wasnt available due to maintenance. Room was supposed to be available at 4pm and it was available until 5:30. So we missed our restaurant reservation.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Sentral. This property hit all stars on everything. Our room was wonderful and clean. The hotel staff was helpful and professional. The pool was warm and the room was breathtaking. Definitely recommend getting the parking app and vellet service at the Essex next door.

This property was comfy, clean and safe. The kitchen was stocked with coffee pot, plates, toaster, cups, knives, etc. The beds were very comfy. It felt like we were staying at a friends apar**ent rather than a hotel.

Amazing views, very accessible, great check in/check out system! Overall great, but the bed sheets/pillows were a little dirty+had hair. The pool was pretty cold and the hot tub was closed, otherwise great overall!

My stay was amazing. My apar**ent style suite came with everything I needed and so much more. I cooked, signed into my Netflix, Disney+ account and just enjoyed the views and ambiance with my family. The pool and game room were a huge plus. I had peace, privacy and a spacious living unit. I was able to do laundry free of charge in my space and made a huge meal for Thanksgiving. 10/10 I’d definitely recommend

This is an amazing place: I had a modern, clean, comfortable apar**ent with a fantastic view of the lake. The location can't be beat. The amenities were amazing: the apar**ent had a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and the complex has a winter garden, pool, fitness rooms with tons of equipment, and meeting rooms with terraces. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. Highly recommended!

This is our second time to stay here. It is a clean and safe location. We went to arelios pizaa and brought it back to the room. Would stay again.
