This hotel is good value for money , kids pool and water park good for children . Restaurant food cheap and good quality . I have a picky toddler who only drinks freshly squeezed orange juice . Only problem is that it’s impossible to order a freshly squeezed orange juice . They only have orange juice from a bottle and they tell you it’s fresh , but it’s not , I ordered again then they give me orange fruit not juice . So if you have orange why you cannnot squeeze the juice .

The hotel is very new and has a nice view on the river bank. It may be a bit noisy during the day when there are cruise ships, but it is very quiet at night. It’s a 5-minute walk from the Blue Temple and provides free bicycles, which is very convenient! The hotel waiters don't seem to be very enthusiastic about Chinese tourists and hope to improve. There is a riverside Western restaurant not far away. The environment and products are very good. It only takes about five minutes to walk. It is recommended as a five-star restaurant.

Chainarai Riverside Recreation Centre is an underrated 5 Star hotel which will blow your mind! The hotel is huge with vast grounds, multiple parking lots, and lush tropical greenery. Located beside the Kok River, it is a grand architectural marvel of well appointed rooms, suitable for solo travelers, couples and families. The two bedroom suite has a King bed with bathtub, twin beds with rain shower, a living room, 3 TVs, 3 bathrooms, 3 ACs, ceiling high wardrobes, 3 huge balconies with full riverside views and amazingly firm comfortable beds. The building materials and fittings of the newly renovated hotel are of a quality that surpasses even 5 star hotels. The buffet breakfast is included in the room rates and has a generous menu to get your day started. The salad bar had the freshest vegetables I have ever eaten in any hotel....or restaurant. This hotel screams CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN...you can practically walk barefooted everywhere! For USD89/3,000 THB a night for the suite with breakfast (USD33/1,130 THB for Deluxe King), I'm wondering if they priced the room rates wrong, as other 5 star hotels would cost 2-3 times more...and their room size would not even be as big (112 sq m for the Suite, 39 sq m for King). For a peaceful and relaxing stay in Chiang Rai, Chainarai Riverside is the ultimate luxury getaway.

At the time, this hotel was chosen because it was closer to our own address in Thailand! On the morning of check-in, we went to the hotel first. Would you like to check in early? This hotel is really nice. The building color is white, the sofa in the lobby is white, and the facilities in the room are fresh and simple. The front desk and restaurant staff are soft-spoken and attentive. And the house price is not expensive. I wasn't expecting much based upon the price I paid and having never heard of it. Whoa. From being greeted at the lobby, receiving a lovely welcome drink along with fast and efficient check in, I was wondering if I was in the right place. I was thoroughly impressed. Upon entry into my room I was again surprised. The room was much larger than the pictures let on. The doorman was great and we ended up running into each other one night at a pub and had a few laughs. Next came breakfast which was perfect. Had something for everyone. The Sann will now be my hotel of choice in the CR area for future trips. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making the trip memorable.

Pros: 1. Very well designed and decorated. Nice room, restaurant and corridor 2. Super Location: Right in front of the clock tower. 7 Minutes walk to the night bazaar. 3  Bed are super comfy. 4. The tollitories provided are from the Thailand  brand “ Thann”  5. Breakfast is not buffet, but provide a great variety of choices Cons: 1. No separation of shower for the King Bed room. 2. The smart TV is a big joke. Never works. Can't even cast on the TV and the YouTube app is super slow. 3. The staff are friendly, but not proactive and helpful enough.

Probably the cleanest hostel I've been in so far. Shoes were forbidden throughout the hostel and all toilets and showers were cleaned regularly. There was an area where cookies, water, tea and coffee were provided free of charge. The location was really great, there were lots of restaurants and bars right next to the hostel, the night market and the bus station were less than a 5-minute walk away. I was super satisfied and can recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Rai. 10 out of 10 👌👍

It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the bustling night market bar. The bed sheets and quilts feel a bit old, many of them are fluffy or damaged. Occasionally, a few ants are seen in the room or on the bed, but it is acceptable. Normal environment The cleanliness is acceptable, the staff at the counter can speak English, and the service attitude is good. You can book a taxi to help you. It is a pity that the hotel does not have bicycles or motorcycles to borrow.
