Foods is the best as usual and i think this time is even better (we hv been here before). Stunning views

Hotel was pretty and extremely clean. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was fantastic with a pretty view. Lady at breakfast even recalled where we like to sit.  Nice outlook from room but would have liked to have been higher as it would have afforded a better view of the river. Alternative offered was higher up but oddly shaped and near the lift so we declined. Room was lovely and spacious. Room was very clean. Cleaners do an exceptional job. Things to be aware of: it’s very geared to families so lots of children due to the amazing splash park. Lots of people from Asia and continental Europe.  The biggest let down for us was the television. Yes it was a flat screen but must have been one of the earliest. Not a smart tv so no chrome cast even. Essentially there were only two English language channels and they were both the news. Great if you wish to feel depressed. We ended up watching Thai boxing. I love watching tv in bed late in the evening so this was disappointing and surprising for a five star hotel.  For the ladies, the in room goodies were basic, nothing luxurious.  However, it is still a really nice hotel with a lovely pool next to the river. It is very clean and pretty. If you don’t care about the lack of tv channels or lots of kids then don’t hesitate to book.

My first time in 10 years never visit Chiengrai, this hotel has a lot more facilities especially for gathering kids of few families. They love big kids club and pool, the 50rais space has a lot of green area with very beautiful view all over hotel.
