Good location and easy to get around Chiang Rai. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Service was good and check-in was smooth. Basic facilities were fine, but it would be better if amenities such as a hair dryer and kettle were provided. Overall, still a comfortable stay and good value for the price.

Actually we want to stay only one night but finally we got to nice and this B2 is quite good even a lot of people but surrounding the hotel there are many food trucks and convenience store

I had a comfortable stay at B2 Chiang Rai Boutique and Budget during my visit to Chiang Rai. The hotel is conveniently located about an 8–10 minute walk from the famous Chiang Rai Clock Tower, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful environment. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of nearby local restaurants, which was perfect for trying authentic food without the crowds. The hotel offers parking spaces on a first-come, first-served basis, which is helpful for those traveling by car. The check-in process was quick and efficient, allowing me to settle in without any hassle. The room itself was spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room cool and comfortable. The lighting in the room was a bit dim, but simply drawing the curtains brought in enough natural light to brighten up the space. The toilet was also spacious, with a properly functioning shower heater, which I appreciated. Housekeeping was available upon request, and the rooms were cleaned well. The housekeeping lady was especially kind and accommodating, adding a warm, personal touch to the stay. I also requested a room on the upper floor, which was granted, giving me a quieter and more relaxing experience. One small improvement I would suggest is adding a pantry with a microwave oven so guests can easily reheat their food. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, with a comfortable stay, friendly staff, and a convenient yet peaceful location.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, this time I was very disappointed. The front desk staff looked unfriendly and did not seem welcoming at all. Also, the room I was given had loose floor tiles that were not properly installed. When walking on them, they felt unstable and unsafe, which made me worried about hurting my feet.

Good location. Not expensive. Can walk to chiangrai night bazaar. Lots of food. Will stay again next time.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was very satisfied with my overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and everything I needed was available. The bed was comfortable, and the room was a nice place to relax after a long day. The location was also very convenient, making it easy for me to get around and access nearby transport and other facilities. I particularly appreciated how convenient everything was, which made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They were always willing to answer my questions and provide assistance whenever I needed it. The check-in process was smooth, and I felt welcomed throughout my stay. Overall, I had a great experience here and would definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future. I would also be happy to recommend it to friends and other travellers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Thank you to the staff for making my stay so pleasant!

The hotel itself was pretty nice and in a good location. Only things there were problems with the booking - with the contact information I couldn‘t reach somebody until today and the staff at the hotel was not trying to help either.

The room and location are both great.Even though it's a budget room, it's spacious and comfortable. The location is right in the city center, making it really convenient to get around.
