Good price quality. Simple, outdated, with great location. The hotel would upgrade greatly if they update some furniture, painting and clean better!

Booked an extra night just before because we arrived at night with the train. room was very dirty, was not cleaned. room looked very outdated. For second booking we got another room which was cleaned but had a very painfull mattress with hard springs. Asked for a better mattress and got another room. Mattress was a little let painfull but still not comfortable. Put 2 thick blankets on top of the mattress to make it a little bit better. Room was full of insect cocoons, asked if the cleaning lady would clean this but she didn't do this. Swimming pool from the other hotel was big but cold water, still nice. Coffee was not tasty at all Owners were nice.

This is a very old hotel in an excellent location and staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel must not have been renovated since it was built in and this is reflected in the decor and cleanliness of the rooms so be prepared. However, housekeeping is offered daily and the amenities are good. There isn’t breakfast available but for me this really wasn’t a problem due to the amount of cafes, restaurants and a 7/11 that are all within a few minutes walk. For the price and location it can’t be beat as long as you come with realistic expectations.

This is my go to place in CM. I wasn't able to walk this trip due to my knee. No food service at this hotel but that is okay. GRAB bike and car was very cheap and easy accessible. The pool was clean and convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll be back again soon.

A hotel in the center of Chiang Mai. The staff were cheerful and welcoming, which left a good impression. The location was good and the price was low, but the building is old and the interior of the rooms is a bit worn out. The air conditioning system is also old.

The room smells bad. The toilet and sewage smell. The pool is shared with the neighboring hotel, and the only chairs available to guests of this hotel are crappy chairs. There is often a shortage of shampoo and towels every day during cleaning.

I was so angry!!! I put my dirty clothes on the table, and they cleaned them and threw them away as garbage. There was no compensation, just said they didn't see it, couldn't find it, and it was thrown away. I really don't understand, what are they thinking? They can throw customers' clothes as garbage. The room is very old, there is no toothbrush or toothpaste, and the toothbrush and toothpaste I bought myself were also thrown away. The room is very old. The whole hotel is like ** at night. Of course, it's only about 100, what else can I do. Of course, Chiang Mai is still very good.

It was the first time I encountered that the key given by the hotel could not open the door! It took an hour to process! The service staff went directly from other rooms and opened the door before we could enter the room! After changing the locks, we can use the room with peace of mind! Because it happened suddenly! So the hotel staff left us waiting outside the room stupidly! , I took several sets of keys three times to try and still can’t open it! In the end, he just put on his shoes and stepped into the room without helping us tidy up! I had to wipe it all with my own disposable towel, otherwise the whole floor would be rusty! Maybe they don't care if people's sentiments are different! But that’s what I care about! There's nothing bad about the attitude, it's just that the details weren't handled very carefully!

It is a fairly old hotel, there was a lot of noise in the room, from the hallway, other rooms, other bathrooms... The pool is very good, it is shared with another accommodation but it does not interfere with anything. The location is perfect and the reception staff are attentive and friendly.

The facilities are old, but the price is cheap so it can't be helped. It's good that you can use the pool.
