I got a twin room of the old building, and, exactly the room was quite old. Only few things that were new, air conditioning and the shower faucet. For the cleanest, in my opinion, it was not that good, but ok. No any cockroaches found. I am not sure but think that all staying includes breakfast. The breakfast was good, some Thai and asian food, and the westerns like sausages, fried eggs and toasts.

Hotel quite old and deteriorating, far away but easy to access from the city if you want to walk. Maintenance is very approximate whether for the rooms or the swimming pool. The breakfasts are very good. Quite noisy hotel.

The air conditioner is not cool, the lights in the room are too dim. But breakfast has a variety.

The old city, next to the ruins, is one of the few hotels in the old city that looks like a hotel. The equipment is in normal use,

It's right next to the BTS station, but there's nothing around. Sukhumvit Soi is also number 100, and 7-Eleven is a 4-5 minute walk from the hotel. Recommended if price is important to you. The good thing is that there is a wide variety of breakfast options for the price. It also has a balcony, perfect for smoking. It's a little far from the city, so if you're new to Thailand, I think it's best to stay away.

Clean place, good service, convenient, safe, have breakfast, buffet service. I usually choose to stay here every time I visit Chiang Mai for work.
