Hotel reception is super friendly, always smiling 😊 Room was clean, and air conditioner was very well functioned for the hot weather in Tailand. The location is ok, convenient to go to everywhere and very close to Calm massage (highly recommended) and Fah Lanna Spa. We also had breakfast every morning and it was rich with variety of options. We stayed 3 nights and the whole stay was very pleasant. We would choose to stay here again if come back to Chiang Mai in the future.

The room should be newly renovated and very new. It has a streamlined style and is suitable for young people to travel. And the water in the swimming pool downstairs is also very clean. The waiters and ladies are very enthusiastic. Coke and soda are provided for free in the room. Yes. A small balcony, and the location is inside the ancient city, not far from various surrounding attractions. It's good.

The location is in the ancient city. It's quite quiet. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there's no peculiar smell. The breakfast variety is okay. Fried rice, fried noodles, bread jam, milk coffee, and unlimited mineral water.

Very good! Very suitable for girls traveling alone, location💯. All attractions in the ancient city are within walking distance. Very safe and very convenient! The front desk staff are also very welcoming and kind! I will stay here again next time I go back to Chiang Mai!

The room on the first day I checked in was smelly and the toilet was dirty. I left tips for two days in a row. On the third day, I found that the room was still not clean. Isn't hygiene the most basic thing for a hotel? The front desk staff are very good and can solve problems in time. The breakfast is also full. Orange juice and milk are available 24 hours a day.
