Le Bis Hotel

Chang Khlan Chiang Mai|0.07km from Bee Products Thai
We visited here after reading reviews where everything matched up with the website and pictures. After finding the hotel, situated a 20 minute walk from the old city, in a very dilapidated area, along un-lit and in-paved roads (not suitable for young families), we were greeted by some very confused staff who then took 10 minutes to find our Expedia booking. While the hotel plot is well maintained, the surrounding area is not. Room was pleasant enough but didn’t have ANY hot water in the shower or taps, so cold showers for the 3 days of our stay. In room safe didn’t work so could put valuables away. The swimming pool was so over-chlorinated that it turned a blue swimsuit and blue trunks GREEN (which are now completely ruined). The pool can be accessed by anyone through a side gate. There is no policing and at the end of school hours there were kids everywhere. On night two we got a knock on the door by a member of front desk staff at about 20.30, who then accused us of smoking in the room (just to be clear, neither of us have ever smoked). Breakfast was lacking in variety and freshness. No alcohol is allowed onsite, but this is only mentioned by a sticker on the front door. The walls were *very* thin, and windows were too, so the rooms had a lot of external noise, especially from the motorbikes on the side road. If you’re looking for a cheap stay then this place is fine but I wouldn’t want to stay much longer than 2 nights.

Nice hotel, 10 minutes walking distance from the night market Located on a side street very close to the local food market thet open from morning till noon with a selection of authentic Thai food. The rooms have a minibar, the equipment in the room is quite outdated. The hotel is best suited for those looking for a cozy place close to the center of sleep and less for families. At 800 Bt per night with the option to add breakfast at 100 Bt per room

Nice place. Got upgraded and was able to keep it through an extension of stay. Gave me a nice goodie bag upon arrival, although most stuff I could eat...(not Kosher). And on the day of my extension for two more days, the housekeeping staff gave me a nice plate of fruits...nice touch indeed. All in all a nice place. Clean, friendly staff and not a bad location especially for where I needed to be. Only issue I had, was the beds were on wheels and I couldn't get it to stop moving at times. Lol.

We were a group of 5 friends and we were super comfortable. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable. The pool is a lot. But cleaning is paid (500b). No reception. The girl who sells the excursions is the girl who gives you the key and don't give you any information. We were still super good. Very good location. Just on the street of Night Bazar.

It's not a hotel, it's an apartment Department of Shangri-La isolation near night bazzar Convenient location Self check-in You will receive check-in information via email before check-in Notify him after check-in There is a problem with the door lock after checking in. No one responded by email. open landscape There is a washing machine for washing clothes There is a terrace where you can dry your shirts 16F infinity swimming pool is good Nakayou gym room The only thing is that there are ants in the room (No cooking and no cooked food returned to the apartment during the stay) And stay 3 nights No one collects garbage and doesn't know what to do with it All in all, good value for money
