NOT REALLY A GOOD HOTEL TO STAY. ALL UNDER RENOVATION. THOUGHT IT IS A NICE HOTEL, NOTHING BUT A BUDGET HOTEL. I COULD HAVE BOOKED A VILLA RATHER THAN THIS.

Sleeping room is acceptable but overall is quite rundown especially the toilet. The closet has no back wall. The fridge is dirty and spoilt.
Generally the hotel is old. Need major renovation. Hotel should be rated 2 - 3 stars only.
The front desk service is great except we need to repeat my informed

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The hotel was right across from the beach and there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. My stay here was lovely but I only truly slept at the hotel. Some parts of the pool wasn’t in service and overall the hotel seemed like it needed to be updated. My room was clean on the surface but unfortunately I did find a towel and slippers under my bed on the last day. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning on staying busy throughout the day and only sleep here. It’s good for convenience.

Location oposite Kuta beach is good. But very noisy because of traffic The Hotel is extremely shabby. More than 50% unready but already rotten . The entire hotel is extremely bad maintenanced and unclean. The staff seems to consist only of trainees, all friendly but totally incompetent.
Breakfast is bad, (very small
Selection) and everything was cold because the chafing dishes were switched off. The trainee at the egg station were not even able to prepare a fried egg .
Two cappuccino almost 100.000 RP . Better stay away from this hotel .

This hotel need serious improvement in furniture and detail cleaning. I stayed at this hotel because i had no choice, peak season, and looking for beach front hotel. Ive read others review about this, and same things happened to me.
