We are probably a few foreigners who stay in Xie Gu (Snow Valley) instead of Snow Town. The owner of the inn is very nice and the hospitality is top notch. He helped us to arrange the transfer from Harbin via the share bus. This reduces the travel time greatly.
Upon arrival, his father came to pick us up from the bus stop. This ensures that we are not getting off at the wrong stop.
The inn itself is clean, comfortable and the food is very good. I recommend ordering a fresh fish which will be caught at the nearby canal.
The trekking to the Snow Town is a must and there will be a shuttle to bring you back in the evening.
For those who are lazy, the first 5 kilometres you can ride a horse and during the uphill around 5 kilometres you can take snowmobiles. The entire route is around 15 kilometres.
Overall highly recommended.
It is better than I expected which made me extend my stay.

It’s fun. The boss is very kind and can deliver it to the door of the snow valley for free. Gaga is very enthusiastic and provides frozen pears and persimmons. You can play with snow circles at the door! ! ! I can be entertained for a long time just at the door. Hahahaha. I’m so happy.
