衞生差，不打掃，發現床上有頭髮，大堂跟我換了三個房間都是一樣的床上有頭髮，最後我要求重新換床單。大堂解釋説春節人手不夠，好我理解你們，但保潔阿姨來了拉着臉跟欠她錢一樣，連乾淨床單都沒有，拿來以後説拿錯了又重新換，還説不是沒有換是洗的人沒有洗乾淨，換了一個臟的上去糊弄人，本來位置就偏僻，三更半夜的，懶得重新找酒店了。折騰得到凌晨兩點了才結束，再看看臟床單被套，噁心得睡不着。慶幸自己衹訂了一晚上的，趕緊在別的平台訂了第二天城際酒店的房間。專門看了評價選的這家店，太讓人失望了。

酒店大堂簡潔明快，房間設施齊全，衞浴用品乾淨整潔，床墊舒適透氣。酒店工作人員態度和藹可親，辦完入住親自指點護送入住，難能可貴。酒店早餐品種齊全，非常不錯。漢庭酒店友誼路店軟件堪比四星酒店，值得體驗。

這次的入住體驗讓我對漢庭酒店的印象深刻，入住接待的員工態度非常優秀，還出如果預訂沒有早餐可以直接免費提供，並在接待入客時一直保持着微笑，讓客人感受到家的味道，房間環境不錯，簡潔大方，早餐豐富，盡有麪條與餛飩，這個價位的酒店有如此感受，讓我難忘，謝謝漢庭。
