3 Star Hotels in Chia

Reservamos dos habitaciones desde Booking.com. La TV no servía en una de las habitaciones. En el momento del check-in nos habían dado un código QR para comunicarnos con la recepción. El código QR tampoco sirvió, así que tuve que bajar a la recepción, dónde solo había una persona atendiendo y estaba ocupada con el check-in de otros huéspedes, así que me hicieron esperar para al menos escucharme. Por fin alguien solucionó el problema. En la misma recepción pedí dos botellas de agua sin gas, y NO HABÍA. Un rato después las consiguieron, pero es inconcebible que no hubiera algo tan elemental. Intenté dos veces comprar snacks en el bar pero no había nadie atendiendo. Al tercer intento logré comprar algo. Más tarde notamos que la tapa del sanitario de una de las habitaciones estaba rota (ver foto). Inaceptable. El desayuno fue un desastre. El ”servicio” a la mesa fue pésimo. Nos llevaron unas porciones minúsculas de huevos revueltos reposados y fríos, servidos en platos para tazas de tinto, pan viejo y café con sabor a tinto recalentado. No tenían café descafeinado. Una persona pidió una infusión de hierbas y le trajeron una de frutos verdes. Ante cada uno de nuestros reclamos hacían algo para tratar de remediar la situación, no siempre bien, y les hicimos saber que para nosotros era muy triste tener que estar quejándonos todo el tiempo para que el servicio funcionara medianamente. Pedimos dos tazas más de café y las llevaron chorreadas y además, las dos en un mismo plato (ver foto). No esperábamos una gastronomía elevada,pero sí al menos un servicio de desayuno decoroso y respetuoso con el huésped. El segundo día por la mañana, el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones dejó de funcionar. Eso es gravísimo porque las ventanas de las habitaciones están selladas, así que la única fuente de oxígeno es el aire acondicionado. Tuvimos que mantener abierta la puerta de la habitación para que entrara aire del pasillo. Ya estábamos de salida y cansados de quejarnos, así que no venimos nada en la recepción. Lo único rescatable fue que pudimos dormir tranquilamente. Después de haber vivido esta experiencia tan desagradable comprendí el afán de la recepcionista para que pagáramos en el momento del check-in.
