This was a great place to stay in. We needed to be close to an Event in Briceño and the place worked perfect. It is located in a really good central area with everything you need around and the room was kept pretty clean! Highly recommended

This company promises cleaning services once per week. However, the managers at this site are not intersted at all in making this promise come to pass. I spoke with the dierctor, but she lied and did not want to solve the situation. I asked for customer service information and her response was that she will not renew my contract. She also lied about the services and schedule; it was very disapointing to speak with a manager with such attitudes so I decided just to leave. I tried contacting customer service but that same dierctor is the one that replies to emails. There are many great places in Chia for 1/2 the price. I found one that even has finger print tec for 1/2 price at a great location. While the building is nice, the management team lacks customer service knowledge, and basic human ethics. The reception staff is wonderful though.

Buenos días, Una experiencia recomendable 100%… trato personalizado. Lugar limpio, cuidado, con piscina, Jacuzzi, gym… muy completo. El desayuno recomendable y se puede ir andando a varios centros comerciales. Volveré sin duda. Gracias

La La recepción del hotel fue excelente, desde el momento en que llegamos nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier duda o solicitud que tuviéramos. Además, el check-in fue rápido y eficiente, y nos dieron todas las indicaciones necesarias para disfrutar de nuestra estancia en el hotel. Los recepcionistas contribuyeron en gran medida a que nuestra experiencia fuera inolvidable. Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel a cualquier persona que esté buscando un servicio de calidad y atención al cliente excepcional. ¡Gracias por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan especial!

La recepcionista Paula y los Spotters hacen que el ambiente y las personas se sientan muy bienvenido, amé mi experiencia en Spot. Muchas gracias Spot, la pasé genial las actividades y los espacios son demasiado geniales. El sexto piso es lo mejor pero deberían dejar calentar la piscina entre semana, como en Thespot centro
