Excellent hotel with very great staff. Always willing to help and go a step further to make our stay memorable. Very clean as well. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, but make it up with the mall next door

A stone throw away from Taksin Mall. Good hotel but smokers are allowed on lift corridors which is not ideal for non-smoker. Indoor swimming pool, gym and lockers facilities are top-notch. Breakfast is delicious with many options.

It deserve for the five star hotels. The people were very kind, and the details of facility were satisfied for me. and the swimming pool was really great. (clean and comfortable) Yes. it's quite expensive than the scale... but I would like to recommend this hotel. Next time, I will book this hotel again. I got a unforgettable memory from this hotel. so I hope to chance to visit this hotel again. Only one negative thing is that there is not many people who can speak English in this hotel. (I think most of Chinese five star hotels are the same situation after Pandemic...)

It was still a very good stay experience. The hotel service was as good as always. The waiters were polite and would take the initiative to serve. The housekeeper Jenny arranged the room in advance. When I arrived in Changsha, I recommended the rice noodles around the hotel, which were also very good. It was very pleasant to walk along the river at night. Although the river is a little far from the hotel, it is worth considering if you have enough time. If you sleep late at night, you can enjoy a cup of Starbucks coffee on the first floor after checking out. The rights and services are also good, especially with the housekeeper service, you will not forget anything, and the housekeeper will remind you. It is a hotel worth staying in.

The hotel is a five-star hotel. The rooms are new and well-equipped. There are welcome fruits when you check in. The swimming pool is a surprise. It is constant temperature and the water quality is very good. More importantly, the service is also very good. The butler James provides excellent service and helps me arrange the room and location I like. I will come again next time.

The hotel environment is good. There is a snack street behind the hotel, and the food is delicious. Jessica Xiaoxiong at the front desk even sent us a message to tell us where the delicious shops are around. There is a swimming pool and gym on the 26th floor of the hotel, which are free for all guests.
