Excellent hotel with very great staff. Always willing to help and go a step further to make our stay memorable. Very clean as well. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, but make it up with the mall next door

A stone throw away from Taksin Mall. Good hotel but smokers are allowed on lift corridors which is not ideal for non-smoker. Indoor swimming pool, gym and lockers facilities are top-notch. Breakfast is delicious with many options.

It deserve for the five star hotels. The people were very kind, and the details of facility were satisfied for me. and the swimming pool was really great. (clean and comfortable) Yes. it's quite expensive than the scale... but I would like to recommend this hotel. Next time, I will book this hotel again. I got a unforgettable memory from this hotel. so I hope to chance to visit this hotel again. Only one negative thing is that there is not many people who can speak English in this hotel. (I think most of Chinese five star hotels are the same situation after Pandemic...)

Nice and relax well

The hotel is close to the Xiangfu Road elevated road and there is a shopping mall next to it. The location is convenient, especially before I checked in, I felt the hotel's service. Xiao Zhang Selina contacted in advance to arrange the room and also upgraded it. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel concierge Xiao Long helped to take the luggage to the room. The hotel's facilities and equipment are very complete. There is also a gym on the 26th floor. The room is clean and tidy. The stay experience is very good. I will come again next time.

Choosing a good hotel for traveling in Changsha is the icing on the cake! The housekeeper Xiao Su upgraded me to a business king-size room.
