It took me 1 hour to check in, the room was pleasant but the flaw was that the double bed was small and the ventilation system was on even though the display was set to Off, so it was suffocatingly hot. Overall a nice Hotel/B&B.

I spent a night at this property with my wife and I was very satisfied especially with the cleanliness in general, excellent staff, good breakfast

Welcomed at the reception by Serena with professionalism and kindness. Good level of cleanliness and order. Good location 3 km from the city centre. Advised.

Purtroppo la.valutazione non può essere reale perché è obbligatorio mettere le faccine ,ma io ho pagato ma non o usufruito in quanto l'hotel si è tenuto il 100% della penale per la cancellazione anche se ho dimostrato il motivo della cancellazione con foglio rilasciato dalla struttura per un intervento Rifiutato per vari problemi di salute .non chiedevo tutto il rimborso ma almeno potevo prendersi una penale del 60 %cosi facevano contenti anche il cliente purtroppo nulla.da fare . Stayed two nights and for for the first time and was very satisfied with the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice room and good breakfast. Would be happy to stay again. Did not use the restaurant for dinner as had made other arrangements but menu looked ok.

Regarding TV, there is a free Sky service with Italian content, so not useful to non Italian speaking guests. Did not use it, so I don't know if it can be switched to other languages. Netflix and YouTube are installed, but were not working in our room. Everything else is just great.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the bathroom left a lasting impression with its remarkable cleanliness and modern amenities. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to others seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We came at B&B Arezzo because of a wedding. We had a great stay, comfy bead and very clean room. Personnel very kind. Very nice hall with services. Unfortunately we could not benefit from breakfast service because of time constraints

B&B Hotel Arezzo is an amazing place to stay if you want to visit Arezzo and surroundings. It is very clean, modern and comfortable.

Hotel, situated at a historical centre of Arezzo town. Room suits for two personnel. Marvelous views from shared roof terrace. Staff was very friendly. Interior was clean and modern (bathroom). Lift is a bit smaller.

Very clean bathrooms, this hotel needs maintenance work. Floors need to be repaired they are broken and the controls of the air conditioning. The temperature cannot be put lower than 23°. Overall not an exactly pleasant experience. The on-site restaurant has a very nice menu and very nice staff.
