Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel

This time, I brought my parents and child to stay at the Sheraton Grand Shenzhen, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations – it's truly ideal for family trips. The room was meticulously cleaned, with great attention to detail in hygiene, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel's swimming pools are divided into indoor and outdoor sections; the indoor pool is heated, so it's pleasant to swim in regardless of the temperature, while the outdoor pool offers expansive views and beautiful scenery. My child absolutely loved playing in the pool and was full of energy all day long. The hotel staff were genuinely reliable and provided thoughtful, attentive service. What touched me most was an incident after we checked out: I realized my child's belongings were left in the room. I proactively contacted the hotel, and the staff actively communicated with me, helped mail the lost items back, and handled the matter very responsibly. I could really feel the hotel's sincerity. The location is a major highlight. Just across the bridge, you'll find a bustling commercial district with a lot of foot traffic. The surrounding area is full of large shopping malls, various restaurants, a rich selection of specialty foods, and quite a few bars, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient – a one-stop shop for all your needs. For a family with seniors and children, it's a relief not to have to travel far to find food and entertainment, making it stress-free for everyone. As an established five-star hotel, it boasts mature facilities, and the environment, amenities, and service are all top-notch. I highly recommend it for family trips and stays with children. I'll definitely prioritize choosing this place again when I next visit Futian.

I stayed one night at the Sheraton Shenzhen Futian, and the biggest takeaway was how incredibly convenient the location is. It's right in the Futian CBD, directly accessible from the Convention & Exhibition Center subway station. Both the high-speed rail station and shopping districts are within walking distance, making it hassle-free whether you're on a business trip or vacation. However, the hotel's decor feels a bit dated. You can definitely tell the hardware is showing its age; the lighting is a bit dim, and the air conditioning controls aren't very smart. It lacks the modern feel of newer hotels. On the bright side, the room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and it was clean.

Had a great stay at the hotel! The staff were really welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect, with plenty of shopping malls nearby and super close to the subway station, which is incredibly convenient. Highly recommend it to everyone!~

Perhaps the hotel is too old. In the first room, there was a smell from the drain, and in the second, larger room, the carpet had a large dirty patch. Just look at the pictures below – how could a luxury hotel get to this state? From now on, I have a new rule: it's best to avoid old hotels.

The room's mattress was comfortable, clean, and spacious. What's most worth mentioning is the restaurant's breakfast, which was rich and delicious, and the staff were friendly and always smiling, thumbs up 👍. The gym was large with a wide variety of equipment. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The location is extremely convenient. It's right at Exit A of the Convention & Exhibition Centre Station. There's an elevator directly to the hotel inside the 2-D Town shopping mall. The hotel is also right next to Huangting Plaza and Link Central City shopping mall, which is very convenient. Comfortable Accommodation The room space is quite large, so a family of three didn't feel cramped. Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are well-maintained. Delicious Food The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including Chinese, Western, and Japanese dishes, catering to different tastes. Well-Equipped Fitness Facilities The fitness center is outsourced, but it still provides service outside of office hours. Hotel staff can open the door for access, offering 24-hour fitness service.

We brought our kids to Shenzhen for a trip and after some research, we chose the Sheraton Great Wall Hotel. We stayed in a business suite with executive lounge access, which made dining and drinks very convenient. The kids absolutely loved the indoor and outdoor swimming pools! The hotel also has direct elevator access to the G-level, where you can catch the subway, making it easy to get anywhere. We'll definitely stay here again!
