Honestly, I was shocked by the internet service in the room, as if I was in the stone age... The hotel on the reservation site is completely different from reality..The breakfast is disastrous. There is no lounge in the hotel lobby. In general, everything was poorly prepared. Welcome from the workers

Very rude and bad service, not sure how they got those stars!!! Changed the room twice still smelling like poop.. front desk don't even care and it's manager he will agree to do things but never did, and don't even think about the restaurant, the only good thing about it is in the center!

We stayed at the Idou Anfa as a part of our Morocco tour, and in general, it was a great hotel. In fact, I think this was the second best hotel that we stayed at. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff working there were friendly and helpful. They had nice amenities. The pool was a great place to relax after a long day there. The food that they served at the restaurant was generally tasty and of good quality. The only things to dock the experience are that when we initially arrived, there was no air conditioning—and it was hot! Also, for some reason, 4 star hotels in Morocco don't give out hair conditioner, which is something I would have wanted to know earlier. They also had an in-room safe, but the safe was not attached to the cabinets, so anyone could have walked away with our valuables. Having said those things, if I were to return to Casablanca, I'd definitely stay there again.

Nice basic international type hotel. When we asked about where the safety box was, a staff member carried it to our room. It was not bolted to the wall, as it should have been. Funny - a thief could just as well carry the whole box away. The rooms could have had some artistic Moroccan touches. All was clean & staff was very eager to assist with anything. Restaurant & spa were very good.
