It was easy to book, clean and I would definitely recommend for others

The staff is wonderful, and worked with me the best they could. While I didn't have a microwave or refrigerator this last time like I normally have, the room was still clean and I was able to get late Check out times. I will be booking again this weekend.

I was traveling with my 11-year-old daughter for a one-night stay. When we got up in the morning we couldn't take a shower or shave because the water was ice cold. I called up the front desk and basically got the message. They were sorry, but because it was a one-night stay there wasn't much that could be done. . Appear to be the owner heard me to complain to the front desk associate and basically didn't even move. Couldn't be bothered as he was looking at his reservation list to even acknowledge that the shower wasn't working. Another issue is you could see that they had pest control spray sitting in a hallway just laying on the ground in open sight. He's kind of small details like picking up pest spray or letting a customer know that they are. Sorry for the cold water would have been nice

Whenever we stay, we experience a good clean room, and a super helpful staff. The front desk clerk in this case went far above and beyond to help us out and make us feel welcome and appreciated. I really couldn’t ask for anything better. The hotel is also, surrounded by convenient food and shopping opportunities for anything. We may have forgotten on our trip. Highly recommended!

The room looked cleaned but once inside the bathroom soap scum was left on the shower around the knobs that hadn’t been sanitized. The air vent inside bathroom was very dusty with balls of dust and the worst of all was the uncomfortable squeaky bed. The bed seemed to be sunken in on one side and this prevented a good nights sleep on a firm bed.

It was close. The check-in staff were very friendly. The checkout staff were friendly. That's the only good thing. The bed was horrible on my back. And I seen two cockroaches run across the TV cabinet. But because of the bed I ended up checking out in the middle of the night. You have to give a $50 refundable on checkout deposit which I have not seen return to my account yet. So hopefully I'll get it in the next couple days. And of course the hallways smell like smoke even though the rooms were supposed to be all smoke free. I have stayed there a few years ago and had a quite pleasant stay. This was not one of those times. And I will be looking for something else next time.

Had no refrigerator microwave elevator was broken so they put us in a different building behind which was very rundown. Had to unclog my toilet and no hot water. Had to take a cold shower.

What was good. But I paid through hotels then was charged $70. plus $50 deposit for 1 night. $50 was refunded but $70 was not. I’m not sure what it was even for. So basically I paid for 2 nights stay. I left a msg w clerk and no refund to date
