The hotel’s style is nice, it got the Kyoto vibe.
But I constantly felt something was bating in bed, might be some louse, I am not sure.
The staff was not very helpful, I asked a staff for help making a call to the restaurant as the restaurant staff doesn’t speak English and I don’t speak Japanese. The staff refused to help, how mean!

Recommended hotel when you want to be close to Narita Airport. A hotel shuttle bus will send you conveniently. It is very clean, and the staff are professionals.

Was asked to pay extra ¥1200 upon check in which was not stayed in the terms and conditions. Room was small. Dust blew out from the aircon air vent. Highlighted to the staff and they only cleaned it on the next day. To our dismay, it was not thoroughly cleaned. Nevertheless, the staff in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Location wise was good. Near to a lot of convenient stores and restaurant. It is a nice hotel to stay overall.

The rooms were spacious however there is nothing that particularly stands out, the rooms do not keep noise that well so you may hear the rooms - level of cleanliness was fine and location is not that central or near to Kyoto Station but travel is still accessible.

Extremely small hotel space and unfortunate that I paid a 4 star hotel price for a 3 star one. Hotel is walking distance to train station and takes around 5 mins.
