This was a horrible experience the hotel would npt let us in the building or even check in at all we contacted a trip.com advisor to handle the situation and they did absolutely nothing to help us. We were supposed to have canceled the reservation so we got no assistance and had to sleep in our vehicle and still have not received a refund

This hotel is a run down, dirty, disgusting place of business. See attached pictures. The entire hotel smells of mold. Our hall smelled of cigarettes and ********* smoke. My friend found crack pipes in her room and a glob of hair on the side of the tub. Blood stained pillows and a dirty sock. My husband and didn’t notice the moldy shower curtain until the next day. No smoke alarm, no toilet paper. I’m calling the health depar**ent. Manager “Alex” said they don’t give refunds. Ok, no problem. How’s getting you shut down? Even if you would have given a refund I would still call them because this is beyond subpar!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. Nigh**are on Maple Ave.
