Hotels near Terminal 21, Bangkok

My 2nd stay this year and it was perfect. I never pick the same hotel but made an exception due to amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location, close to BTS and metro. Easy to get around Bangkok . Good facilities, microwave and washing machine in room. Thank you to all staff for a wonderful visit

We stayed at this hostel for one night during the latest protest in February. Pros: 1) Free WIFI 2) Free breakfast 3) Private double suite with reliable hot shower 4) Safe and clean 5) Staff are very good 6) Very close to BTS light rail station 7) Hotel is quiet and very laid back Insufficient: 1) So called free breakfast is just a piece of bread with butter and one Piece of toast, a little ”why bother me” feeling 2) The hotel is located in the center of a protest area (a bit of ”occupation Bangkok” feeling), although the hotel is relatively safe 3) The bed is too hard, it feels like sleeping on a spring box 4) It's actually boring in Sukhumvit, Nothing to do and the hotel is far from the city center.

We stayed at Deluxe Double Room for 2 nights during mid Dec 2022. - I give 6 stars+110% for the location, it is directly connected to Asok BTS SkyTrain Station and minutes away from Sukhumvit MRT Station. The attached picture was took inside the Asok BTS SkyTrain Station, as you could see, the hotel entrance is on the same floor of the station gate. - I give the staffs my great compliments; they are very friendly, polite and professional, they really deserve 5 stars for their services. - The room is comfortable, with one arm chair + a small round table. This is good for us, but if you are on a business trip which needs a writing desk with matching chair, it might be a problem. - The breakfast is semi buffet style, main dish with salad bar. We are satisfied with the food quality, but there are only three main dishes for selection (Japanese, Thai and Western), we may get bored if we stay longer. - The roof top swimming pool is not big and has only 4 sun loungers. We shall certainly stay at Solaria Ni****etsu Hotel Bangkok again; in fact, I have already recommended this hotel to my friends during my stay.

Excellent location, excellent hospitality, excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is abit dated but it’s not much of an issue because most things work well. The bed is uncomfortable because it’s too soft and does not have movement isolation. My partner and I would wake each other up when we turn in our sleep. I would stay again.

Wanted to stay within walking distance of Terminal 21 so my GF could shop during the day. Ended up here by chance and was grateful for the service. The staff were brilliant - kind, attentive, always a smile. The rooms were more spacious than you'd imagine for the price, and the beds VERY comfortable. Shower was hot and good pressure, wifi was great! Only good things to say about this hotel. Right next to THE most delicious Japanese restaurant - and we've eaten our way through Japan. Also, close to two 7elevens for snacks and water, and short walk to Terminal 21 or BTS. If you're looking for someplace inexpensive but still get a 'real' hotel experience instead of a short-time room, this is a great stay. ;)

W21/Serene Hotel Asoke BKK. What a disappointment this was. Upon arrival major construction with no elevator. Was advised staff would take my luggage up toe roof top 6th floor, but was called later that she, (90lb thai girl) could not make it up and I had to collect my luggage from 2nd floor, REALLY? Why are you putting this on a small thai girl that you failed to notify your incoming customers of major construction and non working elevator. Television did not work, they tried to blame it on the NON working wifi, but I showed them wifi does NOT control the on/off, volume or input selection… YOUR TELEVISION IS BROKEN! Temporary walls were installed for??? Potential upgrades? But caused a problem with the Air Con. And was a major racket. Over all a POOR stay, staff and manager were notified in person of a negative review and understood and tried to apologize for all the short comings. Agoda is at blame too for the failure to notify of major construction. For now this is a NON stay hotel with major construction and no elevator service.

This small hotel very new just opening in this year 2024. Located behind Terminal 21 shopping mall. Very convenient if u want take BTS or MRT to anyplace. From hotel walk to Terminal 21 only take about 5 minutes. Surrounding many massages shop restaurants and 7-Eleven. Room size just nice .but the toilet design not so good. Room price reasonable.

This is one of the best 5stars hotel in Bangkok Good maintenance for all even outdoor facilities Great location just within 5mims walk to BTS station and terminal 21 shopping mall All hotel staffs so smart and excellent and politely,smile all the time Checkin so quickly and kindly receptionist Room cleanliness and to refill everything everyday, it's perfect if provide turn down service Good quality food buffet breakfast and staff so helpful Tried Rossini restaurant, excellent food and service, better than more michelin restaurants I tried At the end safety is more important

The hotel is very close to the BTS station. There is a 7-11 opposite, which is very convenient. There is a self-service water purchase service in the lobby downstairs. One large branch is 20bat, and six large branches are 100bat. It eliminates the trouble of moving water to the hotel. It is very suitable for a family to rent when traveling!

Amazing experience and pretty good service make you like home and feel it's not the first time to stay in Sib Kao. The Staff are very kind and friendly to greet you and help you to confirm your reservation info, what's even cooler is that they are very patient. The location is good, just an easy walk to Terminal 21, I will visit again, thank you
