The hotel is a clean and spacious room. I spent four nights there. Only a blame: a single coffee machine for breakfast causes disturbances when it is off (Monday morning) and waiting for the other days. One second would be welcome. This hotel is right next to the Rambouillet chateau and gardens. It would be a great address if service was more professional. Check-in takes far too long and the reception area needs a rethink, as guests going from their rooms to the exit have to wade through arriving customers' bags and cases, which is quite unsafe. We wanted to have breakfast but there was a long queue of guests waiting to be served and staff clearly didn't know how to handle the situation. We went to a nearby cafe for breakfast and there was still a queue when we came back. So if you do book here, don't pre-pay breakfast as you might nit get it.

Chambre très jolie et bien aménagée Bon accueil Restaurant fermé le 1/1/24 sans information préalable, repas servi dans des bols en carton sur les tables basses de la réception. Mais ça c’était pour les chanceux, à peine cinq voitures dans l’hôtel mais il n’y avait pas assez de plats pour tout le monde, pour nous, c’était sandwich, et quel sandwich d’autoroute ! Conseil : réservez les soins au spa, avant d’arriver a l’hôtel car sinon c’est plein Quand au grand escalierpour accéder à l’espace piscine sauna non mentionné dans le descriptif de l’établis*****t Lorsque j’y étais le hammam, était fermé pour maintenance et pour le sauna, il n’y a que 2 places Tv : uniquement la TNT sans même une chaîne d’info en anglais J2, nous revenons de promenade à 17 heures en demandant si le restaurant est ouvert le soir, on nous dit oui à partir de 19 heures, nous arrivons vers 20 heures, et on nous dit qu’on a beaucoup de chance parce que normalement c’est sur réservation … l’information au moment où nous sommes passé au desk aurait été bienvenue Au final décevant pour un 4 étoiles mais 4 étoiles camping

We were happy to find the Hotel Amarys, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Every member of the staff we came in contact with morning or late night all gave the same amazing service. The room was clean, and vere sufficient. Breakfast is delicious.Pillows are wonderful.It is also in a great location as far as proximity to town, trains, and shops. While being close to everything it was still a quiet location. I hope everyone else has as great an experience as we had.

We were travelling back to England and this hotel was perfectly placed. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the shower was excellent. The bed was a little firm for me but suited my husband. There were plenty of good quality pillows. The breakfast buffet was good. We would stay here again.
